heating was too high so was uncomfortable in the night. couldn't contact the spa to arrange a booking as the lines were busy. We would not have booked hotel had we know it was full

A few things needed attention. The coffee machine temperature was not heating properly- my coffee came out tepid. The bathroom sink needs unclogging- it wasn’t draining at all. I unscrewed it and got a wad of loo roll out. And the drawer pull where the hair dryer is has fallen off so you have to open the drawer below and slide from underneath. All minor things that, if fixed, would make the room excellent.

So spacious and quiet. The sofa was really comfy and well designed. I loved the different zones to the room. I had a nice drink at the bar - everyone was so nice and helpful. Then I went to dinner - everyone was attentive and nice. Dinner was great - had the burger and caramel panna cotta - all delicious.

Nothing it was amazing

Spotlessly clean, dock view from room was perfect. Staff cannot do enough. Drinks are reasonably priced and the non alcoholic cocktails were lovely. Hoping to come back to have a try of the spa. Beds were really comfy lovely nights sleep, showers are great and coffee was really nice

We had treatments at the spa booked previously which I had paid half for. Unfortunately had to change from a body wrap. to a facial I didn't understand how the area the masseuse was working was less but still cost the same amount. and as I was unable to use my Thermal access I couldn't get it transferred to later on or the next day so I lost that as well which was unfortunate.

Car park fees no sign at reception to say we are now Charging you to park at our hotel which was poor and the lad was getting shirty when I asked not professional at all

the only thing that let the visits down was the room above us must have had children as the were banging around sounding like jumping around the room above us for around 2 hours but was quiet form 12 on wards. and also the room we stayed in the bath had a mark in it. which seems to be caused by a scratched but otherwise the visits was mostly enjoyable and comfortable

it's always comfortable bed. rooms always clean and the staff are so helpful. the spa and thermal suit are also a pleasure to use at a charge but recommended to booked alongside booking so not to be disappointed. this is our second time and we will be back again. the breakfast is great and a wide variety of options the cooks are so helpful and will make everything fresh if asked. the evening meal was booked in the restaurant and was great value for money. totally recommend this hotel and myself and my partner will be back.

We were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful, our room was huge! Lovely shower & bath, bed was super comfy & it was decorated lovely. We had breakfast which was really lovely too. Definitely will be returning!

In mine and my partners opinion I think the photos online don’t do the hotel justice at all . And the hotel fully exceeded are expectations and the staff awareness and communication was a pleasure everyone was so warm and welcoming . What a great place to stay I will definitely be booking this again ! And also recommending this to freinds & family amazing job guys well done .
