Door didn’t open on arriving but maintenance man opened it and was aware. Also lot of the blinds were broken especially in first class. Toilets took a long time to clear but understand its macerated pump. Also time leak in 1st class have texted the owner to make aware just small things we had a fab stay.

That it was spacious, quiet location great for larger families and 3 toilets. Lovely lots of Titanic information on the walls. Clean Comfy beds. Loved the grand staircase behind the bar.

The boat itself is a great venue...but it was totally let down by the cleanliness, tattiness and lack of electricity. The bedding is very creased and the place needs a deep clean. We booked for my sister's hen night. Dropped our bags, had a drink and left for another venue. When we came back the electricity wouldn't work, so our night was cut short. Off site owner tried to blame us for the problem when I asked for a part refund (which we still haven't had). Now I am being ignored. Owner manages at arms length so difficult to contact when there is a problem..🙈

It was a novel location. We are from Liverpool, so we knew what to expect. The boat itself is a great venue...but needs improvement in cleanliness and presentation.

We could not get the boat to lock on the main door before leaving each evening and had to leave open. We had nothing of value to steel so not a big issue. The marina area also fairly secure. Owner was in contact and told us to " be firm " unfortunately no matter how firm we were we still couldn't get it to lock. 2nd Class bedroom toilet did not flush well. 2nd class bedroom had no blinds on the window. Managed to restrict early morning light with a pillow wedged in front of it.

Location was fantastic for the OVO arena. We walked each day and it took circa 15 - 20 mins Lovely marina bar. People very friendly Living area large and we were able to chill each evening comfortably ( 5 of us ) before going out. Very clean accommodation. Hot showers

It’s a shame,keep up the maintenance on the boat could not use the bedrooms (toilet stench) When anything goes wrong very poor customer service. No reply on the 2nd call it’s a scam trying to charge you I will never go again

I found the premises dirty. leftover sausage roll, cocktail sausage and other food debris under the sofa bed only found this the morning we where leaving. no toilet roll and I know it was a lot to stay at least one toilet roll in one of the three bathrooms would of be nice. the noise from the toilet in first class 2 kept the majority of the party up all night. We also found on departing some of our once white socks where black. we couldn’t get in the property any earlier as the cleaner has the keys. I’m thinking the cleaner just changed the beds and cleaned the toilets. There was also damage to the property which we took photos of invade we where blamed for it

We couldn’t get the heating/hot water to work (we didn’t message the owner as we was out all day and didn’t get in until late so it didn’t effect us too much) electricity went off in half of the boat in the morning (again didn’t message owner as we was departing anyway) could do with a deep clean and little spruce up

The weather. We were in the midst of storm Franklin, so there was banging all night around us making it hard to sleep. But that was no fault of the boat!

Quirky property, great location. Needs a bit of tidying up here and there, such as a broken window lock but probably to be expected as property owners won't have made any money during lockdown. Would still recommend.

owner doesn’t care about damages that are already done to the property, he will act shocked and surprised and try and blame you, so take before and after pics! door it seems had been broken for over 4 years but he doesn’t seem to care, this caused door to jam so be careful when opening as my friend fell out and split her leg open and needed stitches, no one was there to greet us we had to get keys from random bar staff at the marina, who will let you know it’s absolutely nothing to do with them so don’t bother making any complaints, I did enjoy my stay and so did my friends, freezing in there coz central heating never worked but we didn’t care coz we was leaving, washing in the machine which according to other reviews is always there, I don’t know why he bothers paying cleaners coz they don’t seem to want to clean as they moaned nxt day it was very messy but that’s what they are paid to do! owner is snotty but I don’t care, I enjoyed my stay but for anyone having high expectations don’t bother! but if you are going for a laugh and to have drink with friends you will have a ball!

The boiler needs sorting, (it lost pressure both mornings that we were there, which left us with no heating or hot water until we fathomed out how to top the pressure up).. Couple of little snags, (i.e. the shower next to 3rd class leaked out as the door didn't meet), but overall a really good time!

Loads of room for everyone. Great place to celebrate! All amenities on the boat, great decor. Great choice if you want a celebration with a smaller group of friends.

The electricity wasn't working in half the boat when we arrived. I contacted the owner who was unable to talk. He did message but I was a bit taken aback with his statement that 'we can't be on 24/7' in response to me asking him to have the electricity sorted as we were out for the afternoon and, by the time we came back, it would be dark and hard to try and fix the electric switch in those circumstances. Whilst he did get it sorted, I didn't appreciate the comment. We were there for just 24 hours with a group to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday and had a full-on schedule. I didn't expect to have to potentially be sorting electric switches during that precious time. He did however get the situation sorted which was appreciated.

There was no soap in the dispensers or enough toilet roll. The washing machine and tumble dryer were on and we ring up to find out where the bedding was for the sofa bed and use the towels from the tumble dryer. The duvets were very stained, but covers cleaned. There was no instruction manuals for the party lights or WiFi code.

The way it had been designed was great. It was a good place to enjoy a night with friends
