Everything; great location with easy parking. Very warm and welcoming reception and apartment was beautiful with some very thoughtful extras which added a lot to our stay. Thank you 😊 Highly recommended and will definitely use again if returning to the area

The Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Also there were so many little extra treats in the suite and the views were amazing. One of, or the best places I've ever stayed. Brilliant location as well.

Great location to the beach/pier. Car parking very convenient to hotel too! The room was very comfortable and we loved the outside space. It was absolutely spotless and the staff were extremely friendly. Also provided a great breakfast basket which we enjoyed on the balcony!

Everything, was perfect,staff were amazing, nothing was to much,breakfast was fantastic, i can praise the staff,and timber tops more,best place me and my wife have stayed at Weston-super-Mare, and will definitely be going back

Room temperature control was poor. We had no way of setting the temperature comfort level. The heating water only came on intermittently. The room was a little small but comfortable.

The breakfast was perfect. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The staff were charming and helpful.

There was nothing not to like

Beautiful accommodation, everything was beyond expectations. Staff were amazing and always made sure we were happy during our stay. We were greeted by Sam and he was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We were only there for a few hours before deciding we would definitely be returning in the future. The breakfast was perfect and everything was delicious. We'll done to all the staff was the best stay we've had anywhere in a long time

There was nothing to dislike!

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful newly refurbished room, tasteful relaxing decor and very comfortable bed. Super friendly owner, and really delicious breakfast. Less than 5 mins walk to the sea front and about 10 mins walk to the Playhouse. Will definitely return.

Room 6. My partner and I loved it. The style, the decor, so clean. so comfortable. Easy parking. The welcoming, easy going manor of the staff. Loved this room. Breakfast was good and good quality ingredients used. Even loved the toiletries. We would highly recommend and we shall be back. Loved the view. Could not fault anything. Great location. Good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The honesty bar was a nice feature. Parking was busy, but could always find space on the road if not able to get on the car park.

We booked two rooms, both were tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean and cosy. One of the rooms had fantastic views across the sea. The location was perfect and had a free private car park with ample parking spaces. The breakfast was delicious and all cooked fresh. The manager was really friendly, we will definitely return to this accommodation.
