We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and 2 real ales (Wye Valley - but not for breakfast ;-). Good clean rooms with comfortable beds. Special screen in the function room for the England Wales 6 Nations match and with table service. The hotel is well presented and maintained throughout.

Free parking and a great location. The staff we're brilliant, particularly the receptionist. The shower was great and the room had everything you'd expect.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but a table was organised at a very good alternative. On the downside the kettle was not working and as there was no telephone link to reception one had to take it down the tortuous stairs to reception where it was replaced.The TV was small for the size of room and the towel rail was cold and not functioning
