We seemed to have trouble setting an even shower temperature and ended up with either very hot water or very cold, and not much in between.

Great location and views (we loved the gorgeous sunset). Warm. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking a couple of meals there. Good sized rooms.

It was January so it was a little cold when we arrived and took a while to heat up. Perhaps a timer would be good. The property was advertised as having parking, but it was on street parking and we had a lot of stuff in the car. I expected there to be dedicated sage parking. We were a tad worried leaving it out of sight overnight. But all was good. The TV/DVD could do with an upgrade.

Good central location, nice views, comfortable beds, comfortable sofas, good supply of kitchen goods. Didn’t notice any noise from the neighbours’ or from the road outside. Plenty of hot water for showers.

The winter weather is very cold for us and the heaters in living and bedrooms are not hot enough the water heater in bathroom is not functioning.

It’s very strategic location, walking distance to the city center. Great place!

There was only one bathroom which for four people was well interesting. Also this was t a problem per say, but this location operates like an Airbnb so you are sorta on your on.

It was a really good place to spend one night. Easy to walk to town center and the space was large so our group of four wasn’t right on top of each other.

The shower head needs attention.

The place was cosy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are 3 spacious double bedrooms which were great for us 5. I would recommend staying here!

Very Small hiccup really. Parking free after 6..... otherwise finding a space near accommodation to off load baggage will have to pay. Wouldn't let it detract from booking again though.

Spacious, clean, welcoming to our dog as well. Really close to the ferry, the train station and the city centre, without suffering any of the negative side effects of said proximity, like too many people or cars. Great! Would stay there again!

The entrance way to the apartment was very poor.

No breakfast provided. Visitors should be aware that not many options for an early breakfast exist in Oban

Nothing that's the owner's problem really, we all have a logic as to what we'd put where in a kitchen cupboard but there's nothing absolute about that :D If I had to nitpick, the bathroom sink is in a bit of a tight spot but it's an old building and the room is just a bit narrow and it'd be tricky to put it anywhere else.

The rooms were spacious and had some really nice views over the bay, caught some unexpected views of the Waverly passing through. Niece appreciated the unexpected presence of a Peppa Pig DVD!

Although we found perfect on-street parking for our Sunday overnight stay, it might have been trickier for two nights or more.

Perfect location: very short walking distance to downtown and the harbor, right near the ferry terminal, great view of the harbor from bedroom window. Well appointed kitchen, nice big rooms, Victorian apartment building with character and modern comfort

The shower is unacceptable. It has a 20-30 second cycle from cold to tepid to scalding, making showering extremely challenging, and the water pressure is poor. The floors are very creaky, so anyone getting up at night disturbs the others, but that may not be a problem for other people.We wouldn’t have wanted to spend more than one night there.

For apartment with three bedrooms the bathroom really let it down. Long narrow room. Not suitable for 5 people. The shower was very hit and miss. It needs a second bathroom with shower for the size of the property

The heating only works on one setting but that wasn’t explained to us until I phoned. This should be stated upfront. The rear ‘garden’ is not attractive. The bedroom curtains need to be lined to block out the lights. Some maintenance needs done and cleaning e.g. shower room tiles, freezer defrosted.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and light decor. It is a comfortable apartment and well furnished though bedside tables should be provided. The location is good though parking is difficult nearby. The views of the harbour are fantastic and of constant interest. This was a highlight.

Just felt although surfaces clean the flat could do with a deep clean into corners and woodwork especially above door handles. Kitchen sink needs a good clean.
