Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Disappointed to find a bottle of water in fridge which had been opened and put back.

Room was very clean lovely view. The location is great for exploring London ....tube nearby. Bed huge very comfortable. Had an upgrade which was nice and appreciated. Staff very helpful.

The room was pretty dated with apparent wear and tear throughout but was presented in neat and tidy fashion, so there was no real cause for concern.

Perfect location, within immediate vicinity of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Spacious room, with great options of local resturaunts/pubs surrounding the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a dated room, we had a view of tower bridge and all the roof top with fans blowing etc which wasn’t the best. Great location by the bridge though and the restaurant was nice with good food. Easy self check.

Only 4 lifts to service the whole hotel. 1 was broken. Sometimes slow to respond. Gym was a bit small.

Breakfast not included. When paying A$400 per night, it wold have been good to have it included.

Room very comfortable. Location great. Unfortunately breakfast not included in our rate. We had breakfast on one morning, but found it incredibly expensive for what was available. This was the one downside to our stay at the Tower Hotel.

The bathrooms and cupboards/drawers in the room require refurbishing.

The rooms I stayed in had stunning views. The breakfast spread was great! The hotel is pretty close to the train station, historic sites, restaurants, etc. And it is easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow airport. Great pictures inside the rooms.

We were not given notice that the tower bridge would be closing the night that we stayed for maintenance. Had to walk for miles to get back to hotel.

Would definitely recommend for a special occasion. The view of the bridge was amazing, breakfast was lovely and the guest relation team were really helpful with requests to make my husband’s birthday extra special. The hotel is in close proximity to many attractions. Great location.

Shower would cycle through very hot, warm, cold through duration of shower and it wasn’t pleasant

Location, amazing. View, amazing. Manager very nice, allowed us to check in early which was a lifesaver since we were very jet lagged.

Housekeeping came into our room at just gone 9am, they walked right in. They came again at 10 & again before 11 as I was getting changed. No knock or anything. I was not impressed with that.

It’s gorgeous with stunning views of Tower Bridge. We stayed there for Abba Voyage & it was so handy. You get the DLR from Tower Gateway which is less than 5 mins from the hotel. I’ve been to London many times but never stayed in that area so it was lovely for a change. The reception staff & concierge were all very friendly & helpful

Haven’t yet followed up, however I believe we were charged for drinks when we were advised these would be complimentary. Will enquire when we get back to Australia.

2 of the table lamps in the room didn’t work, the switches were broken. Lovely towels but no washcloths.

Location was excellent, short walk to restaurants, Tower bridge and Tower of London, and hop on bus stop. Very nice views of the marina from the room, (couldn’t get a river front room). Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that there were two armchairs in the room.

Concierge had no idea what The London Palladium was. In his position he should surely know London landmarks when ordering a taxi.
