We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room smelled musty, especially the bathroom. The bath in particular could have looked cleaner.
Room was spacious and beds were clean and comfortable, all facilities were in working order. Staff were efficient and friendly. Location was really convenient, close to the A1 and no traffic congestion. Decor was old-fashioned bordering on antique, and the atmosphere was calm and dignified.

This is a budget stay which is what we wanted. We have stayed a places more expensive than this, that offered less. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, which is exactly what we needed as we stopped off enroute to the highlands. Staff friendly so would recommend to anyone wanting to put their heads down for a night and not spend a lot of money.

United KingdomLift out of order. Room was very hot, no radiator on though but we did have a fan. Window had to be left open all night, so could hear all the traffic n everything else, so not got much sleep. Things were a bit dated. Bath could do with being changed, very grubby. Was ok for 1 night but won't go back.
Comfortable, reception was quite helpful. Booked into bar/restaurant next door. So was close.

Great location lovely family pub next door and only 10 minute walk to the club to see a local band.right next to a shopping area. Gorgeous views.staff and residents friendly Rooms were clean and comfortable just need updating

Handy for frequent buses to centre. Pub/restaurant attached. Cheap.

It's cheap and cheerful. Stayed here numerous times over 7 years and naturally looking a bit 'tired' (aren't we all‽) but basically a nice hotel in a super location. Spacious free car park. Good bus service into the town centre. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and kitchenette available if you bring your own food, although a very decent chain pub/ restaurant literally next door. As a budget hotel, I would recommend.
