The Room and bathroom were not the cleanest. And our room window was right next to the noisy air duct causing an uncomfortable stay. As a non smoker it was unpleasant going in and out of the building passing staff and guests smoking in the doorways.

Restaurant and reception staff were friendly. The food was a fair price and very good quality.

The heating does not turn off, the window was screwed shut meaning the room was unbearable to stay in and had to use a fan in February. Do not stay here if you get too warm easily, opt for a sea view so you can actually open your window. Even if you turned your radiator off the room was still too hot!! The heating was on a constant timer.

The tram stop is straight outside the hotel with easy access to get into the centre of Blackpool. Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were brilliant.

I've been there a few times but this the first I was right next to a pigeons loads of them think it's a coop it's where they stay it was very annoying from first thing in the morning and I mean first 4am seriously

Window latch faulty couldn’t close opening section hence disturbed night due to traffic on main promenade . Lift was “temperamental”

Room was quite big for Blackpool, bathroom was huge!! Booked for new years eve was pleased we got a parking spot and had plenty of room to get ready. It's only a short taxi ride or approx 25min walk into Blackpool centre pier. The hotel was quiet and well managed despite being quite busy

In room 247 nails are screwed on the window was unable to open so the room got really warm would suggest to allow guests to to open the windows but will be staying here again

Warm welcoming upon checking in its good u can help ur self to tea coffee supplements at side of reception room was clean bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot will be staying here again soon as its out of way of the centre 😊

The pillows on the bed where like pieces of foam all squished together could do with am upgrade on pillows

The key card was rubbish had to get it changed every time we came back to the hotel most annoying .when we first checked in was told dinner stopped at 7pm was not told that when I booked it .when we got into the room someone had been in tea bag in a cup kettle was hot .the loo had been used .2 glasses in bathroom not been washed one has a big cracked in it .reception sorted it .but glasses should have been picked up when room was checked

Room rather "dated". Bath had no plug which may have been to encourage its use as a shower facility only but sometimes you just need a pleasant soak after an arduous journey!

Worried the thin quilts might not be sufficient but the room was warm, and additional blankets were made available though not needed.

Description was sea view but it was actually side sea view. Room itself was very tired with wallpaper coming off walls and outdated furniture.

Check in good as we arrived early and could get into the room. Room was spacious with lots of light. Linen and towels good, although we did have to request fresh ones which wasn't a problem. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. Good walking distance to the centre approx 10-15mins. Breakfast was very nice, although we had to pay extra. For January the weather was sunny but cold.

Room was tired and needs updating. Bathroom was not clean. Lifted shower mat up and bath full of hair.
