Car parking facilities are very poor.

Room was very comfortable with everything you would require for an overnight stay. Tea making facilities included . Breakfast was good, plenty of variety.

The senior member of staff rushed our meal and kept staring at us waiting to finish so he could close up. The bar didn’t remain open in situ to residents. We couldn’t avail of breakfast the next morning (even though we’d paid for it) because it started later on a Sunday! Would have been nice before going to the airport. Overpriced for the standard of the property.

Its location. The food was very tasty though it seemed as if any remaining ingredients were being used up in the kitchen. Nice lobby.

- Poor communication – not told we could pay extra for cooked breakfast by reception or when we walked into breakfast room, so we missed it - Poor communication – rooms not serviced, although we didn’t put out ‘do not disturb’ signs – told we should’ve used ‘please clean my room’ but this wasn’t advised on check in (got an apology) – in my experience it’s usual to ‘opt out’, not have to ‘opt in’ to room cleaning! Disappointing considering the high price paid. - Poor communication – told hotel was full when we wanted to stay extra night, when in fact (we saw later) there were rooms available on booking.com – they should’ve given correct info or advised we could’ve tried the website. - Very disappointing restaurant – expensive, poor service even though quiet, staff unattentive, had to ask for everything twice, poor food, particularly dreadful stroganoff with chewy meat.

Our room was small for the cost and looked out onto a service area with rubbish bins. The self service buffet breakfast had a huge range but very few healthy options. The room was very expensive for the low standard.

Breakfast is below average, staff seems a bit new and a bit lost. Noisy room. Uncomfortable and squeaky bed. No toilet brush.

Perfect location right in the centre. Lovley room that was bigger than I had expected. Good reception staff. Extremely limited on site parking and it's a bit tight! Breakfast OK but a bit limited. Would stay again.

Very limited parking. I selected the hotel for its free parking but there are only 8 spaces which were full, so we ended up in a multi storey about 10 minutes walk away, which was inconvenient to say the least. This hotel should not come up on a search filtered for parking.
