The room could do with a little update. Dated and shabby in areas The bathroom had seen better days and could do with a de limscale and polish up.

The standard double room we had was a decent size. Plenty of free parking 30 minutes to centre of London Easy check in and out It was good value Clean comfortable bed

The staff are strange, they don’t know a single thing about customer service and make the customer feel unwelcome. They don’t make eye contact with the guest instead they look at their screens. The rooms are dirty. Filthy stained carpets, the beds are no comfortable spring mattress and you can feel every spring as you move. The tv remote says Netflix and Amazon Prime but it won’t connect. Not enough plus sockets to use in the room, most of them are taken up by lamps. Rooms are badly designed and laied out. Windows open but then can hear traffic all night.

There were roadworks on the only access to the building that I was not informed about. Staff had to literally walk through a building site and clear cones to get my car through. This also meant I was unable to book an uber, and had to use an expensive taxi.

No internet connection. The availability of internet was clearly advertised, yet it was not for the whole of our three day stay. I did ask at reception and was told it was often hit and miss, and to try connecting from the reception area,

could do with a smart tv, not lifts so was really difficult to move but the staff were very helpful! tbh, it’s getting a good review from me due to the staff and lovely breakfast.

Seemed as though the place is struggling to 'stay a float' I.e. lamps on the corridors stood on the floor instead of proper corridor lighting. Mattresses not great quality. Tears in net curtains. Outdated room furniture.

Waiting times to get drinks at the bar Management need to be aware. Not staffing faults

Had to wait at bar. Big table for birthday. Young lady was waitress clear away glasses and bar lady. Waited a while to get a drink. Not her fault. Management need to be aware at busy times. England sport on TV in reception did not work , offered TV in part of the bar. Then took about 15 minutes to work. Batteries leaking in remote. Reception man really helpful

The wi-Fi in the annex, outside my room ‘8’ it worked, inside it was too low a level to get on to and work with? I intended to do a days work from the room but cut short my stay by a day because the wi-Fi was so poor in my room?

TV was awful, internet TV I think, only BBC channels were watchable. All other channels were so crambled and lagging it was impossible to watch. No Tea & coffee in room was a disappointment.

Pillows very flat and uncomfortable. Need throwing away and replacing with quality ones. Ruined a good night sleep in a good comfortable bed.

Great value for money. It is clean and tidy, albeit a little dated. The room was ok, but the slanted ceiling meant I had to be careful not to keep bumping my head. All in all good value.

My room 15, was at the very far end of the hotel and next to the main road which kept me awake most of the night. The toilet was so low to the ground it was like sitting on a potty. For anyone with back problems or mobility issues this could be a real problem.

Absolutely spotlessly clean Nice little bar, nice little restaurant although I didn’t eat Staff really polite Good sized TV in room.

The air conditioning didn't work and windows were too heavy to open. There was cracks on bathroom tiles. And the bed frame was broken so the bed was very very uncomfortable to sleep on. Awful nights sleep. Also there were party's on at hotel until early hours. Very loud.

Close to train station for journeys into London centre. Breakfast nice
