Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe staff are strange, they don’t know a single thing about customer service and make the customer feel unwelcome. They don’t make eye contact with the guest instead they look at their screens. The rooms are dirty. Filthy stained carpets, the beds are no comfortable spring mattress and you can feel every spring as you move. The tv remote says Netflix and Amazon Prime but it won’t connect. Not enough plus sockets to use in the room, most of them are taken up by lamps. Rooms are badly designed and laied out. Windows open but then can hear traffic all night.

United KingdomThere were roadworks on the only access to the building that I was not informed about. Staff had to literally walk through a building site and clear cones to get my car through. This also meant I was unable to book an uber, and had to use an expensive taxi.

United KingdomMy room 15, was at the very far end of the hotel and next to the main road which kept me awake most of the night. The toilet was so low to the ground it was like sitting on a potty. For anyone with back problems or mobility issues this could be a real problem.

United KingdomThe air conditioning didn't work and windows were too heavy to open. There was cracks on bathroom tiles. And the bed frame was broken so the bed was very very uncomfortable to sleep on. Awful nights sleep. Also there were party's on at hotel until early hours. Very loud.
