There was a bad smell in the bathroom in the morning. It was overwhelming. We arrived late at night. There was no signage to go to the back of the building to find reception. Clearer signage re check in or instructions would hv averted panic that it was closed.

Staff were very obliging. The room was well presented and comfortable. Happily minded our luggage after we checked out. Overall very happy with our experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Park Hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful with any queries we had, could not fault it. The room we stayed in was a family room with plenty of space for what we needed. Hotel was easy to find and we were able to leave the car after checkout while we popped in to London. The room was fairly hot but the room had air conditioning which worked well and was quiet.

Building structure appears to be of cardboard as could hear conversation and all movement from room above which affected our sleep.

Very nicely (and newly) decorated room. Bunk bed design was excellent for the teenage kids - it felt like they were almost in a separate room.

The room was too cluttered. There were too many things in the room - for example a bookcase with a lot of old books. The cupboard top was cluttered up with unnecessary stuff so there was very limited space to put anything.

Difficult to say really. If anything no lift as I suffer from tendinitis which makes it difficult and uncomfortable to walk down stairs

Overall ambiance and location which is just a 15 minute walk to the river. This was for my daughter's graduation from St Mary's University.

Can't think of anything! Nothing was wrong with the venue of the facilities or the location. I never ate at the pub/hotel but based on the other facilities/service I can only say try it!

From check in to check out the team at the Park could not have been more helpful - from parking, to information on local venues etc, to arranging a late check out they were super friendly and easy going! The room and facilities within were all excellent and far superior to many corporate hotel chains that we all know only too well! Location is fantastic for that area and everything you need is on the two high streets that are close by. The train line for further afield ventures is adjacent to the hotel but you would never know as there is no noise.

Our room was very tired and worn - the floor in the bathroom had badly warped, and the room needed some TLC.

Room (Barnes Wallace} with en suite was good and exceeded my expectations. More or less bang in the middle of Teddington High St with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Bar downstairs but no noise and a good nights sleep.
