perhaps the building overall had seen better days, not an area of London I would care to visit given the choice. A bit further from tube station than I anticipated.

Compared to other hotels in London it was great value for money. The room and bathroom were comfortable. The shower was supplied with enough hot water. The staff were friendly .

The fridge noise in the room was a little annoying but it was only momentary, the kettle stopped working but was exchanged and toilet seat was a little loose. Communal kitchen only opened at 10am so made breakfast a bit impossible. Nothing major by any means.

Location was great, only a 30 minute walk to Tower Bridge, although a bar downstairs it was very quiet, small but comfortable and private bathroom plus shower was a bonus. I was there for the London bike ride so being able to keep my bike in the room was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stated parking but no car park. There was parking on the road but if it had been during the week would have had to pay. Also said there was food but had to walk to another place.

None of the contact information found anywhere is accurate. The phone number doesn't work, the email is incorrect, and the check-in times are registered differently on about every platform you can find the hotel. It was thus very confusing and very difficult to reach the hotel with questions prior to our arrival. Hopefully something that will be fixed in due time though - we found out at the hotel that they had recently changed management so that may have something to do with it. Also, the walls are paper thin and the floorboards very creaky. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Clean room and facilities with everything you'd expect a hotel to provide. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a ten minute walk from public transport into the city centre, which takes an additional 30-40 minutes, so the location is very decent. If you want to explore London and just need a bed to sleep in and clean facilities, this hotel is perfect!

Bathroom was what we'll charitably call 'compact'. Being a pub, there was noise early in the morning when stock was delivered (though that's not unexpected) and also some disturbance late at night when someone seeking to check in came and knocked on our ground floor window to try and gain access. Atmosphere in the pub itself was not hugely comfortable for two visibly-queer large-framed women, though check-in was quick enough we didn't spend too long there.

Good basic accommodation well worth the reasonable rate we paid for it and within easy travel distance of many places. Clean and comfortable. Staff member who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

Twin rooms located on top floor. Not suitable as knee problem caused a lot of pain. No hair dryer in room.

The location is maybe the only point that can be better but it is not the owner’s fault. The hotel is among a slightly rough area, I’m with my bf so it’s fine. But for women who plans to stay on they own, the neighborhood could look a little unsafe.

The bed is comfortable and heating good. The toilet and shower are clean and shower gel provided. The staff are friendly and helpful.

If you need anything like a hair drier get it night before as there doesn't seem to be any one around in the morning.

I decided to stay here although I had another booking for that night. Review was so bad I chose it for this place. It's very basic but clean. Duvets were light weight wiith a throw. Staff were friendly, check in was hectic as every one seem to arrive same time as we did, late in evening . The sink in room was good
