Dirty pillow case and quilt cover,stains on carpet in the room ,plug socket loose on the wall ,marks from bags and case in the room. Just needs more attention to detail.staff gave is new bedding wrens to put on as soon as requested very prompt,I would use possibly use again ,it would be in the consideration.

Could do with a lift, the stairs are not for the elderly. The decor is a little jaded, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Not that it affected us but, they should perhaps do a little more gardening, weeds don’t look great at breakfast time.

The carpets were clean but very stained and there were marks on the walls in the bedroom from where someone had thrown teabags in the bin. The carpet in the dinning room was very stained, personally, I would have wooden flooring in there not carpet. There was no hairdryer in the room. We only had 3 teabags and 2 coffees but like 30 sugars, although it does say you can order more.

Although basic the hotel was decorated nicely, and it was clean and fresh. The room was large, nicely decorated and warm, and the bed was sooo comfortable, we both slept all night. It was very quiet considering we were fairly close to an airport and when at the pub heard lots of planes but not on the hotel. The staff were lovely, and gave options for alternative milk. Breakfast was good, no choice of eggs, just scrambled, but it was made in the frying pan and thank god not in the microwave. We went to the Indian restaurant next door for dinner and then over to the pub. Both were great so lots of food options. The town center was a bit of a let down though.

The only negative thing was “flaky” internet connection.

The room was a bit old fashion but clean. Bathroom was brand new. Breakfast great. But I would stay there again as was great value for money.

The only thing we didn’t like so much was the bathroom, it was clean but it was narrow and to step into the bath for an older and shorter person was difficult. Next time we will ask about this before we book.

It’s in an ideal place for when we visit the area, staff are helpful and polite and the hotel is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good as well.

The furniture in bedroom was looking tired and worn, as was the ensuite, silicon, grout etc. Ensuite Fan in ceiling full of dust and not extracting steam. But this does not mean it wasn't value for money and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Close to the highway. Pub below great as there are very limited options available to eat and enjoy a drink.. Staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The place is under new ownership. It shows the work they have put into it. Would recommend it

It is however on a busy main road and also directly at the end of the runway for Farnborough Airport (flights seemed to stop around 9pm. The mattress was very tired and soft,in need of replacement and the TV had no reception for any channel and was very small which in current times is not acceptable.

The price was very reasonable, the staff were very polite and the entire hotel was very clean. It was close to most amenities that you may need and had plenty of parking to the side and rear.

Curtains were as much use as a chocolate fire guard let so much light in. No cold was in the sink Toilet kept re filling so had to top up so I could sleep Walls extremely thin could head everything in the next room
