    A little bit to expensive.

The room was smaller than my livingroom carpet. The bathroom is not air/sound isolated from the rest of the room just a glass wall in between, it was quite unpleasant to have a number 2 while your significant other is less than 1 meter away hearing every whisper your back-cheeks are making.

The location is in the hart of SOHO 2 minutes away from China Town. All the theatres are in a 10 minutes walking range. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

I'm not sure the room could be any smaller! Fine for a one night stay, but logistically challenging for three nights.... nowhere to store clothes!

Quiet. Brilliant central location. Staff all lovely.

Very tight room. Tiny, even by English standards. No place to put the suitcases, nor to unpack anything. The bed was against the window sill which seems to make it bigger, however the stone sill was freezing cold at night,so you tend roll into the center. I smooshed my honey!! Only 1 1/2 sides of the bed we accessible, so the window sleeper has to climb over to out. Thank goodness the bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up!!

All of the Staff were consistently happy and helpful. They took in our luggage at 8am, after our long international flight! We set out to a hop on/off bus to stay awake an enjoy without much effort!! Turned out to be the perfect distraction! We got a ring at 3pm that our room was ready and they delivered our cases!! Wonderful bath towels and soap products. Excellent home base as metro and rail were nearby, and most things we could visit on foot. Chinatown food was wonderful! Two pubs on the street below us, along with very good Indian at BKC!!

Room was small.....husbands feet touched the wall at the end of the bed so you may struggle if you are very tall.

Excellent location in the heart of London. Room ideal as a base...very clean. Staff lovely and helpful. Nice view from the room.

Room was small but ideal for a one night theatre break. Toilet is only obscured by frosted glass. A little lack of privacy. Room was noisy from street noise.

    See above, cold bathroom.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jakub, the manager and Jason in the restaurant. The room was spotless but the heater in the bathroom wasn't connected so it was cold. But the hot water was boiling so the shower was great. Would use Z Hotels again.

The rooms were tiny with little to no room to get ready, the window backed onto the staircase so was noisy with people trying to get to their rooms etc.

The location was fantastic, it was right outside of the theatre for us to watch Harry Potter and the cursed child.

The rooms are small, it was fine for me and my daughter as we were only staying one night, it has everything you need, just compact and not much floor space but the location more than makes up for this

The location of this hotel is fabulous, the staff were very helpful, was able to leave luggage with them before and after check in

An experience we won't forget (Soho) but would decline to stay at that hotel again.
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Double Room without Window
    • Stayed 2 nights

The size of the room for a couple was extremely tight (at best). We experienced sewage like smells coming from the overhead AC system, on night one, which awoke us a few times. It was mentioned in the morning and night two was better. Nonetheless, it was alarming and very uncomfortable that first night. Just an fyi - when we departed we asked the front desk to call a cab for us. They said that was not something they could not do, which I found to be very odd. Overall for the two night stay we paid 295 UK stirling (yes, I realize it was Central London) seemed to a tad overpriced for what the experience was and if compared to other places on our Euro and UK tour, this was a bit of a letdown.

We enjoyed the Soho (Moor St) location and it's proximity to things. We booked two nights (and not Z members) and were denied a 'free breakfast'. We did receive a second night only stay offer of a glass of wine & cheese, which was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly, although I wouldn't necessarily say knowledgeable when it came to nearby Soho venues, locations info etc. They relied on google, however they did print off a couple things for us to navigate our way, which was helpful.
