Parking needs sorting. A proper tarmacced parking spot and outside, flowers or plants would make it more enticing to passing trade too!

Location is a 5 - 10 minute walk (dependant on your speed) from Blackpool. Staff couldn't do enough. Value you for money.

If being picky it's slightly further out than usually stay but still only around 10-15 min walk to main bar areas. Easy taxi ride back in early hours - cost £6.50

Lovely little find. Clean, tidy with a friendly helpful check-in. Handy to have the parking facility. 3 of us shared a room - double bed & bunk bed with a all double base. Tea & coffee facilities in the room along with a bottle of water.

No complaints, although there was no towels in the room, now this wasn't a problem as I had my own, and I always assume that some hotels in Blackpool simply do not supply them, but telling me that you had a problem and couldn't supply them on checkout rather then check in is a bit of a poor move. otherwise no problems

It was ideally placed for the centre, the manager Kyle was very polite, professional and helpful, 2 of my cards failed the terminal which is not really an occurance, however he helped me sort the problem, it was a budget hotel so expect budget standards, but it was clean, quiet and perfectly suitable if you just need to sleep for the night without being disturbed.

There was a £40 deposit to pay on arrival which I hadn't seen. I don't mind paying it as the price of the room was so good, and it is refunded on departure, but it takes 5 days to come back into my account as I paid by card which isn't good. Could make the deposit details more prominent and advise to pay by cash so you can get it back straight away.

Location was great, only about 5 mins or so from the seafront and pier. The lad who booked us in was lovely and went through everything. The room was small but cosy and the bed was comfy. I went with my 11yo son, the hotel is family friendly. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely recommend.

Only half of a toilet roll was in my room when I arrived and staff was unavailable until morning to replace it and other things and had to provide my own. Bed base broken, kept rolling to the edge. Room not properly clean as there was a water bottle left on the windowsill and false eye lashes from a previous guest.

The hotel and staff was very welcoming and our stay was pleasant.

Kyle was really helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean. The hotel is also located centrally and was convenient for our plans. Everything was in walking distance.

I called just after booking to find out about parking and Kyle was lovely and really helpful, I also had a call on the day of check in to see what time we would be there and if we needed anything, on arrival we was welcomed by Kyle he made us aware we could have breakfast which we did as it was very reasonable. The property is very well maintained smelt wonderful, the room smelt very clean and was very clean, we were only staying 1 night and there was all we needed a clean warm room

However I really disliked the shower, the head that was screwed to the wall. And different taps for cold/hot water in the sink.... Was looking for a place with parking, however found out if I park with the hotel I will need to leave my car keys with them...I was not happy to do that.

Place was ok, a bit tight for space but manageable. There was a kettle in the room.

Friendly staff, helpful, small room but just what we needed for me and my son to lay our heads after the football, close to the stadium and close to the main front, town and entertainment of blackpool. Would stay hear again. Excellent calue for money
