We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately we were there in very hot weather so needed the windows open, but the road outside was quite busy for most of the day and sometimes during the night. Most of the bedrooms were not at the front, so would book one of those another time. There was a fan for us to use, but I just prefer fresh air, and we did manage to sleep. The owners had also provided earplugs, but we didn't use them.
Wonderful breakfasts with plenty of choice. Easy, safe walk into the city centre. Lovely, friendly hosts. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed very comfortable. Small fridge and fan provided too. A lovely bathroom with a huge shower.

United KingdomWould have liked some more fresh fruit options at breakfast, and the beds. There was no air conditioning but we managed just fine by opening the windows. But these are nitpicks really and don't detract from the wonderful stay!
Hosts were very friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was a very short walk from Canterbury East station so that suited us well. Would definitely recommend!

The location is withing walking distance from the city center and a host of eating options. The B&B has been totally refurbished and everything was brand new and spotless. My room was quiet and comfortable, if not overly spacious (but I was traveling alone and it did not bother me.) Every piece of furniture and fitting was of very good quality and in perfect working order. The continental breakfast buffet was good and well presented. All of this was complemented by the owners' friendly attitude that made my stay very pleasant. I recommend the Wincheap B&B without reservations.
