Lovely B&B just outside of Canterbury center. Our hosts were lovely and incredibly attentive. Breakfast was good and the rooms cosy. If you're happy with a short walk into town I'd definitely recommend this place.

The toilet in our room did not empty properly and seemed to fill with water which was a little worrying. We made our host aware of this and he said it happened monthly and he would fix it.

Breakfast was very nice - A good choice of cereal juice as well as hot tea and a well presented freshly cooked breakfast served by Terry in a pleasant front breakfast room. Our beds were comfortable and clean Our room contained a small fridge and kettle and a nice touch of a biscuit for our tea.

Amazing breakfast cooked to order in the morning. We were happy to find such nice accomodation that is walking distance to the city centre that also had parking available. Our hosts were very accomodating and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived.

The B&B was such a beautiful home and very comfortable. Our hosts were amazing and gave us advice about our visit to Canterbury which was so helpful. They also made us the most delicious breakfast with lots of tea/coffee/croissants etc. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the city!

As I mentioned there is nothing not to like. It was perfect. Our room was the superior King, located right at the top of the stylish and impeccably decorate 3 storey terrace.

The property was immaculate and in a great location for quick walking access to the city centre. It was also secured with a ring doorbell. The room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. Terry welcomed us on arrival and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. There is nothing not to like, it was well maintained and in good decor, with a few little extra touches to make the difference. Hand wash and hand cream, shower gel, and hair dryer were freely available. Great to have tea facilities in the room with a added bonus of a couple of sweet treats and a bottle of water which was replenished daily during the room clean. The breakfast was piping hot and cooked to perfection, with free access to continental fayre, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice whilst waiting for it to be freshly prepared.

Only thing ,we didn't know there was no milk in room and had to get this fresh down stairs , so we went without our morning cupa .

Book this B&B for parking and location . Lovely and clean , modern decor. Room good size , bath room great shower. Location is a 10-minute walk into the centre, which was perfect , even though it was wet . Beds were good and linen clean . Breakfast was lovely , good selection .

Absolutely you can book there, with shut eyes! :-) We truly recommend this lovely B&B in Canterbury! It has parking space at the rear (1st come 1st served), the room we were in (4) was gorgous, spacious with a super comfy bed, even a sofa area and complementary tray/chocolates. The bathroom was spotless clean, great shower pressure and all toiletteries you need. Breakfast is ordered the night before and cooked "minute" with delicious products. Our host Terry has been lovely, warm welcoming and gave us good advice! Definitely highly recommended place to stay!!!

The room had everything we needed, and a little bit more. The Hosts were absolutely fantastic, gave us a map of the city and pointed us in the right direction. The breakfast was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.

Not a con for all but I am a really light sleeper and sensitive to noise, and I was in a street-facing room which was quite noisy even at night and with ear plugs in. I don’t think this would affect most people, but worth pointing out to those who are sensitive to noise. You can request to be in a room that doesn’t face the road tho, but I’d call ahead as you need to check which room you are booking. Double glazing does help tho, and you do get used to it over time. The pillows are quite firm and I’d suggest offering softer pillows as an alternative. Again, just a personal preference. You may be able to request this but I didn’t try.

Spacious, well decorated and impeccably clean room, exactly as pictured. Had a small fridge which is great to keep snacks and drinks in. The host was very kind and welcoming on my arrival. The location is close to the city center and a good base from which to explore.

Terry & Chris are top hosts! Nice place close to Canterbury center. Breakfast is excellent as well. We had a very nice weekend with nice weather.
