Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely fantastic stay, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, great size apartment. Host left little goodies on arrival which was a lovely token. Equipped with everything you need and more. Definitely will be visiting again. Great location for the activities we had planned when visiting blackpool.

United KingdomSome of the residents did not respect the house rules and thought it was acceptable to shout / sing at the top of their voices at 5 am. Then, run up and down the corridor late at night. However, once they left, the issue left with them.
Everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean and had all the facilities you would need. The area was fantastic and close to the pleasure beach and water park. Great communication from the host and very rapid response.

United KingdomNothing really. It was quite a walk to the main.part but on the other hand being in a quieter area made it easier for us as I had my Autistic grandaughter with me who doesn't really handle lots of people .
We just thought the apartment was beautiful. Very modern & very well equipped. It was clean & the added little extras meant for a really wanted stay. The shower was great & the beds comfy. Loads of extra channels on the TV & we had no noise from neighbours or from the street.

United KingdomI have a three year old so it would have been advantageous if we could connect the TV's to a mobile of table to entertain him on the evenings. Otherwise there are no adjustments I would make, rooms, facilities and space were excellent.
The apartment was a great size, perfect for a family of four. The apartment was clean and neat. They left a magnet and keychain from Blackpool which was a lovely token. The facilities were brilliant, tea, coffee, milk, sugar. fridge, iron and board, washing machine. Parking was great, I was initially nervous about this as I know Blackpool can be difficult but easy parking and no bother.

United KingdomParking was first come first serve. 4 flats but only 3 spaces. 1 being kerbside outside the property. We parked there for 2 nights but then got a ticket saying we needed a permit when it clearly states in the guest folder a permit is not required. Owners have been made aware and we are appealing with the council. Just a suggestion if the wall in-between the existing spaces was removed would be off road parking for 3 cars.
Flat was larger than expected.. lovely and clean home from home. Check in was trouble free a good base to visit family. Lots of extras tea, coffee etc and toiletries provided along with basic cleaning equipment which was appreciated.
