Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room was comfortable & Clean. A little diappointed as attic room with just roof velux windows with no view, but the up side was it was nice & quiet. Breakfast was optional in the bar and was great value as per normal witherspoons menu. Location great for bus into city centre. We appreciated getting a space for car in car park.

Lovely stay for one night with one of the better Wetherspoons pubs on the lower floor, enjoy a foaming pint of ale here and you might not leave! I was on the second floor at the front of the hotel but barely heard the traffic outside (the foaming ales may have helped)!

Great location in nice part of the city. Easy 20min bus ride from Waverley. Lovely room, super comfortable bed and pillows and nice welcome tray including bottles of water and biscuits. The pub itself is nice with pleasant outdoor area at the front. Couldn't fault if, would choose it over Travelodge or Premier Inn.

United KingdomCan't think of anything for us ,but some people may think it's noisy as it's on the main road but this was not a problem for us we slept great .
The room was a large size for a start ,plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate and biscuits,beds comfortable also had a sofa bed if we needed it ,iron and ironing board,hair dryer also provided,main lights and room light also bedside lights,room was warm ,don't need to put key card in to get lights on , plenty of towels for us ,you need your key card to get into the corridor to get into your room,always happy staff you asked for anything they sorted it out and always happy to help .

United Kingdomno lift and all bedrooms on upper 2 floors - i have difficulty with stairs so it was hard going for me but everything else was excellent so i would stay again.

The hotel is in the perfect area, midway between the airport and the centre. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The room was an optimal size, clean and offered complementary coffee and tea as well as hairdryer and an iron.
