The only thing that I could fault was that the hot/cold function on the shower was temperamental.

Great views from "The Presidential Suite" we stayed in & the property was kept clean throughout. The suite was a very comfortable and cosy! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Our host was very polite and friendly. Our room was clean, tidy and well appointed. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast food options very good.

the hotel was a little smaller than we were expecting and there wasn't a lift- we were at the top of the house but managed easily.

breakfast was excellent- good sized portion, hot and well cooked. there was a very good choice and all cooked to order.

Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Umbrellas provided if we needed them which I thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast was nice.

We loved the decor, lots of fabulous art. We had a sea view and balcony which was fab. Breakfast was cooked to order and good vegan options. Location was great. Can’t thank Nicolas and Yoyo enough for going over and above to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable.

Our room . Called the Lincoln room was very small and the bathroom was the same. Poor water pressure in the shower and toilet took ages to refill.

The location is very good. Very clean in all areas . Waitress at breakfast was very nice.

Everything was more than perfect!

This property is a real treasure! It is in a great location which is only a short walk into Newquay centre. The hotel itself is done up gorgeously with lovely quirky decor and lots of little extras. The staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was beautiful and had a range of different options on offer such as French toast, boiled eggs and soldiers, avocado toast as-well as cereals/tea/coffee and juices etc. It was great to see a change from the usual boring fried breakfast which is the only option in most hotels. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to Cornwall. This is defiantly a great accommodation option and something different from the usual hotel chains.

Had a seaview room, which was fab, but was up 2 flights of stairs.

What a great find this was. Lovely boutique hotel with fab decor and so many lovely little extras such as clean cups in the room each day, lovely bathroom toiletries, and the most wonderful breakfast menu, which included weather forecast and tide times. Breakfast each day was delicious. Location was okay, 10 minute walk into the town, about 25 minute walk to Fistral Beach.
