Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hotel situated in a great location for exploring Kings Lynn. Lots of beautiful buildings and historic sites to be explored. The room was clean and comfortable, with our own access to come and go as we pleased. Ben was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about our stay at the hotel. United KingdomI have no significant complaints. They did not do food in the pub, but there were plenty of options around. You could hear the people in the pub below on the Saturday night, but they were all happy and it quieted at closing time - which was not late. They did supply a kettle and some tea and coffee - not the best so if I was gong back I would bring my own coffee and milk; but then I am picky about coffee. I would happily stay there again because it was good value.
This was a room in a pub rather than a big hotel, and as such it was very good value, a clean and pleasant room. The shower was good, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the pub, though lively at the weekend, was really good natured. I think you would be very lucky to do better at this price point.

United Kingdomthe wifi in my room (5) wasn't good enough to attend my online meetings - had to use another guest's room and when they arrived for check in i had to carry on my meeting on the landing... the sink is also really small so i struggled to wash my face in the morning without water going everywhere. the kettle was also too big to fit in the sink/under the tap. the top of the duvet cover was a weird material - all my jewellery kept catching on it through the night
was super central location - centre of town is like a 5 min walk, the quay too is even less. bedroom was spacious & comfortable, decor is very calming - loved the sage green! having the pub downstairs is super convenient too. staff were really friendly and helpful too!

United KingdomThere was a band on until 11:30. And there is no sound insulation between floors. Apparently it is a regular thing, so if you want an early night I would check before booking. The en-suite was bijou. Nicky done but a tight squeeze getting in and out the shower (we are in the twin)

Pub was in a perfect location for exploring historic Kings Lynn. Room was large and comfortable. Member of staff that greeted us was friendly. Good choice of good eateries nearby.

United KingdomThe room was warm when we arrived (4pm) but when we returned from dinner (8pm) the heating had been turned off and it was a very cold night. The beds were very basic and not very comfortable. There was a lack of toilet roll, a very small one on a holder and no spare, by the morning we were using tissues from our pockets.
Very central location, good TV service and good shower. The room was small but clean.

United KingdomSaturday night is karaoke, so some may fine it a little intrusive. It doesn’t go in too late, but if you like to go to sleep earlier take some ear plugs (I recommend Loop earplugs, worth the money!) Getting the kettle under the tap is a feat, but decant using a cup. A slight quibble for otherwise an excellent value stay.
It’s right in town, plenty of pubs and restaurants around and in the historic heart. The room was tidy and modern, and a lovely shower. Excellent value for money.
