We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excuse was short on staff why not hire agency for the price we paid to clean the room. Be aware room service is very poor. Management advised will be touch what happen their. didnt get a call or email poorly managed. Overall good view and breakfast is amazing if your ordering. buffet is a standard breakfast. Will visit again? Due to poor room service definitely will be staying the shangri-la shrad london instead. No hard feelings.

I loved the location and the design of the hotel. It is so big and spacious and new. The view to river Thames is absolutely stunning and all spaces are very bright. The staff is superfriendly and nice. There is a good choice of where to eat within the hotel, including a bar and a restaurant. The spa is fantastic, very pleasant and lovely therapists.

The hotel smells amazing as soon as you come in - it's a very relaxing place. The staff were very pleasant. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast has many options, all delicious and the breakfast room is very comfortable and full of light. The spa was great, calm, spacious and full of options.
