For us not a problem but there a couple of stairs and a stair in the room, not easy for eldery people.

We booked the suite, a spacouis room with a balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Location fine. Stratford station only 10 minutes walk and 10 -15 minutes to Abba Voyage. Check in and check out very easy and fast

The speed of the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. The light switches in the room were not labelled.

Location met my requirements Only a bus ride to the home I was visiting. Convenient to walk from Stratford Station. I chose not to have a breakfast during my stay.

Very noisy as I think windows were only single glazed and out room was at the front. We were also woken to loud music at 5am. Couldn't make out if it was coming from same floor or below.

Room a little cramped, but okay for a one night stay.

Very comfortable bed with soft pillows and duvet. Unexpectedly excellent breakfast - the hotel doesn’t offer an evening restaurant service other than pizzas, so wasn’t expecting too much for breakfast, so a very pleasant surprise to find a full hot and cold buffet. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Wish we had known about the lounge area! A little bit more signage would help. We sat in the dining area because we had no idea there was a nicer inside area to sit at.

My views are based on personal preference. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that the room faced out onto the very busy road so next time I’d book a different suite as it woke me up. The bathroom was quite small so there wasn’t many places to put things except the floor. A suggestion here would be to put an additional hook for the towels and maybe a towel ring for a hand towel. There could also be a few more shelves or a slim shelf unit next to the sink. The toilet seat was made of a material that marked easily so it didn’t look clean. Tap on sink was stiff and took time for hot water to come through. A larger sink would be nice as I put on a clay mask and washing it off in a small sink was tricky as I forgot my flannel. Maybe provide a shower cap and flannel? Maybe an update on the finishing touches too?

Hotel room the Versailles suite was nicely decorated, antique gold finish. The room was a really good size. Bed was good size and there were 2 armchairs by the window. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. I would stay again in another suite maybe the large one on the higher floor. I was really glad for the soft bath robe as sometimes I get cold with nightdress on and fleece items are too bulky to travel with in small case.
