We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property was modern and very clean! The staff were ultra friendly. In addition to a great place to stay the property has an amazing bar/restaurant/outdoor area like no other. it’s a short 5 min walk from the 18th green of the old course and right in the heart of shops and restaurants. Less than a 10 min walk from many shops and restaurants in St Andrews. The value as far as price was phenomenal!

United StatesWe had a slight issue with our bathroom. Although updated, the plumbing was a little funky. It was hard to sometimes get the toilet to flush and the shower would briefly 'shower' on it's own from time to time.
We loved the location of the Rooms at the Saint. The rooms themselves were updated and modern and the breakfasts were fantastic. And, even though the rooms are above a restaurant, they were very quiet.

A perfect stay. We loved everything about the Saint! To me if the bathroom and shower are not quality I get disappointed, BUT The Saint was far from that. We have been walking the Fife Coastal Path and The Saint was perfect for us! The Staff, the room, the bed and the Bathroom was outstanding!

Breakfast is amazing and they offered to make us sandwiches on the morning that we have to leave very early for tee time before the kitchen is open. That is one of the best sandwiches we had and very nicely packed with other snacks as well! Would definitely recommend this place for stay at St Andrews!

Hong KongPrice was quite high, equal to what we have paid in 5 Star hotels in previous trips to St. Andrews. Check-out time was 11am - 12noon would have suited us better. Bar/restaurant very busy in the evenings - mostly non-residents, could be a bit noisy at times - but not rowdy.
Breakfast was great, good variety and well cooked, option for vegetarian/vegan. Location perfect, right in centre of town. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

United KingdomThe breakfast was disappointing in that there was no cereal and we had to ask for juice. Luckily we didn't want a continental breakfast. The quality of the cooked food served at breakfast was very good. As the room was on the second floor you should consider some sort of lift for luggage. I'm fit so managed the cases but I think many would find it a struggle.
The room was a good size and really comfortable though a wider choice of teas/coffees etc. would have been made it better.

United KingdomThe room could have been cleaned better while we were staying there and the coffee maker didn’t work properly.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, the facilities and breakfast were really lovely, the room was really nice with heated floors in the bathroom. There was a fridge with fresh milk and a really great GHD hair drier you don’t expect at a hotel. The location was so central andn convenient! Highly recommend.
