I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything however I do have some minor points just for next time which could make the stay even better! - a few more things in the kitchen such as tea towels, additional utensils, our big knife was broken so it was difficult to cut up some of the food we prepared. - unfortunately the wifi worked for the first day we were at the house, after that it wouldn’t connect to any of our phones or appliances at all despite us resetting the router. Not sure what went wrong! - The TV required us to do a manual set up/ scan for channels every time it was turned on. - The slats in the master bedroom bed were broken, it didn’t affect me and I still found it comfortable but just for future guests.

The property was in a great location it was only a 3 minute drive from the city centre and within 10 mins from supermarkets/restaurants etc and also very close to Loch Ness and Culloden, the house was very modern and wonderfully decorated. It had its own drive which again was ideal and you had no worries about parking. There was washing facilities and a travel cot. Beds were comfortable and house was warm and cosy. Travelling with young children it was fantastic to have the space for them to roam about after a busy day! I feel it was definitely great value for money, I would recommend it and I would return.

The second property smelled horribly of cigarette smoke upon entry and there were many cigarette butts outside underneath a window. When we messaged the property, they did send someone out to help clean a bit more, but there wasn't much they could do.

It was a smooth pick up process.

Kitchen needs deep clean, and if you planning to cook something for your family think twice if this property is for you. Fridge is mouldy inside, all cupboards covered with grease. Loads of fags and few beer cans in back garden on our arrival.Although I gave a call and sent pictures to the owner, the cleaner came next day and did nothing to make this kitchen usable.

As soon as you enter the smell of the property is off-putting, quite dusty and dirty, we found pubes in shower, crisps lying on the floor, toenails on the sofa, sick in the ensuite sink and strange marks on the walls. The kitchen including fridge and washing machine could do with a general wipe of all the surfaces. If we stayed more than one night we would have cleaned the place ourselves before we could relax. We did book at a good price but I don't think we will return.

Good parking and size of rooms, most items working, easy enough to collect keys and drop off. Good communication from host. Beds were neatly presented and towels provided were clean.

The kitchen was very dirty to the point we couldn’t use the oven. It felt as though someone had been living there longer term! Lots of cigarette butts outside the back door and shower in en-suite was too unclean to use. I did report this at the time as I felt that the owner should be aware that their cleaning company wasn’t doing their job properly. To be fair, the owner responded immediately and has agreed to issue a partial refund for our inconvenience. Despite this, I would definitely use the property again.

The property was in an ideal location for us visiting a family member in Raigmore Hospital as only a short drive away. The house was warm and comfortable and a great size.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness really let the property down. When we arrived, we had stained bed sheets, dirty showers, no spare toilet roll, coco pops on the floor in the living room, dirty tissues in one of the drawers, the oven was filthy and the mugs and cutlery clearly hadn’t been cleaned so we had to put everything in the dishwasher. We phoned and complained and they sent someone out to clean whilst we were out the following day and when we returned it had been cleaned but still not to a good standard. We also had a pot full of cigarette butts in the garden and the kitchen had no sugar and no teaspoons and although it’s listed as saying the property has a hairdryer we failed to find one. Cleaning supplies such as a hoover would’ve also been good to have. It’s such a shame because if it had been cleaned to industry standard and a bit more attention to detail it would’ve been perfect.

The location was lovely, a short drive from the city centre on a quiet road. The house itself is lovely and modern with decent sized bedrooms, WiFi and private parking. The staff we did encounter were nice and friendly.

Only one comfy small couch in the sitting room. Lack of kitchen equipment like a Tea Pot or coffee pot. No games or jigsaws. Difficult to park to pick up the keys in central Inverness. Would have preferred to put in a key code to the key box.

I loved the location, the parking facilities. It was warm and welcoming. It was clean and bright, lovely large windows. I liked the option of an outside space if required. This was good value for money because of my genius discount

Kitchen was very dirty. Had to clean cupboard before using cups/glasses as they were stuck to shelf. Found dirty plates in the cupboard. Washed all cutlery ( minimal amount, no teaspoons) , cups pans etc prior to use. The oven, hob and microwave were also dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned in a while! Greasy dirty smell in the kitchen. The rest of the house looked clean!

The main shower leaks and water was running down the kitchen wall. I tried to reach out for extra towels as a result of the leak but no one replied.

The hand wash was not refilled before the check-in in any of the bathrooms and kitchen. No dishwasher tablets were provided, however the caretaker - Robert was humble enough to start the dish washer on checkout when we left the dishes on the dishwasher post checkout.

The place is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the short stay in this beautiful home. Beds were nicely made and comfortable. Clean towels provided.. It has an open area with a great car park space.

Mould on the kitchen wall and in the cupboard. No dishwasher tablets , insufficient cutlery (only one teaspoon), only two wine glasses . Strange that one has to travel into town to collect the key when there was a key safe . Given the key for the wrong house , stood in the pouring rain with our motorbikes which we then had to move .

House is newly renovated but finishing is not great. There had evidently been a leak at some point but damage not rectified.

Location great. Short walk into town centre. There is a nice Park a few mins walk away for the kids. There is building work going on behind so site traffic around the house but the team were very friendly and amenable so it did not hamper us. No early starts etc.

Keys need to be picked up from central Inverness where parking is not easy. Might be best for one to drive around in the car while another gets the keys. It might be possible to walk but we arrived late in the evening and wanted to rest. The kitchen can be cleaner. The oven and bakeware were too dirty. The sensor on the trash can was not working. The dining area is very small for more than two people to eat.

The house looks a little old but was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The living area was decent. Easy to park two cars in the driveway. I stayed with my family (5 adults 1 child) and the toddler had a great time running around in the front and the back gardens. The staff at the key pickup reception were very friendly. Convenient key drop off. The area around the property is really nice to walk around. Central Inverness is also walkable.

The communication with the staff through Booking was non existent. They never answered my questions. Only the person at the reception gave us a few tips on places to visit in the city.

The house is great! It has all the amenities and is very comfortable for a group. It's a little far from the city center but in a very cozy residential area.

Master bedroom bed is finished. Coils were bad, oversoft and damaged. The traffic noise from the street was more intense than expected. It was regular workday when we were there. There was a water damage from the upper cornet bathroom leaking water onto the kitchen table and machinery below which was quite disturbing.

Plenty of space and many bathrooms. Own kitchen and facilities. 3 bedrooms. Host was nice and supportive.

1. There were no hand soap dispensers, shampoo or conditioners in the bathrooms. We had to spend 15 min on phone to understand where we can find hand soap and then had to put it in random containers for all the 3 bathrooms 2. The place wasn’t very clean - the toilets weren’t cleaned properly and I found a hair on the toilet seat 3. The iron was damaged/ burnt. We ironed a shirt and realized it’s staining the shirt, so then we had to take out the stains 4. The door wasn’t getting locked properly

Location was great, very close to city center and peacefully It was spacious for a family of 5
