We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The chalet was very clean, comfortable, and in a peaceful location. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, Mandy and David were truly wonderful. They even provided snacks and a bottle of milk in the fridge (hubby was gasping for a cuppa lol ), so we could refuel before unpacking the car after our journey.

I have never stayed in a Holiday Let that has thought of everything and I thought I had done in my own Let. Everything was immaculate, from the Information Pack to the good quality beds and bedding, the kitchen is set up with enough utensils for a Roast dinner if that is what you wanted, the little touches and thoughtfulness behind them that take The View beyond other places I have stayed and I travel a lot.

United KingdomI don’t want to say it was a fault as I knew this before we booked but there are no clothes washing facilities in the chalet - as we stayed with a baby we had a lot of washing to come home with us. Not a fault but information for others doing the same.
The property was very modern and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed with the chalet. I particularly liked all the very thoughtful touches and incredibly detailed notes provided. We wanted for nothing.

United KingdomIts very ‘compact’ size. The larger towels could do with being bigger - I’m of an average size and it didn’t go round me. Although generally clean, the top 2 items of crockery in each pile were greasy, as were some of the utensils, so we re-washed everything. One of the ‘comfy’ chairs had a wooden bar protruding right across the shoulder blades, which was a bit uncomfortable.
Great location, close to Cromer. Very well equipped, including torches to illuminate dark evening walks which was useful as there are no outside lights. Nice and modern, generally clean, lovely bedding, exceptionally comfy beds.
