we had hoped after driving over 6 hrs we would be able to have an evening meal at the hotel but discovered the restaurant wasn’t even open, no kitchen which meant we had to go out driving again to find somewhere to eat.

it was clean, nice bright bedroom and bathroom, looked lovely .

Very hot room so slept with windows open but the noise from the road was until the early hours.... and started a few hours later. Hairs in Bath and tea station wasn't clean so wasn't used. Shame there was only one bottle of water when there were 2 of us. The shower head on the bath taps wasn't ideal and the floor got very wet because of that.

Comfortable large room... staff were all amazing. Breakfast in particular was top notch

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to staffing - we were informed before arrival. They hopefully have got a new chef now. Our room was quite small but cosy.

Breakfast was great - freshly cooked and lots of choice. Buffet style continental as well. There are some quaint quirk features about the rooms - beams, etc. Fields around it - you can walk to the lovely craft barn nearby. We will be back!

stayed here 2 times before this time the restaurant was closed , although they warned us the day before it was too late to change hotel. had to eat out which meant driving. hope the restaurant is sorted or we will have to choose somewhere else to step next time

The room was compact, but in all fairness it was a double room which had been made into a twin room for us. One bed had a lot of space around it, but the other had very little space to manoeuvre around it. Because the room is small & furnishing it is hard because there's 2 doors, an alcove & a window to take into account it will always function better as a double room in my opinion.

Superb breakfast cooked to order. I enjoyed my evening meal, my friend didn't enjoy hers as much. Bonus was sitting outside admiring the countryside (even though it's on a main road there's not a great deal of traffic before/after peak times). The staff we met were amazing, very friendly & welcoming, so professional, polite & couldn't do enough for you - they had outstanding customer service skills.

At first we thought the room might be noisy as it faced the junction the Vernon is situated at, however we were not disturbed at all which was very good. Otherwise no complaints at all, which is unlike me :)

We just stopped over on our way to the Malvern Show, the staff were great and as we were late arriving stayed up till we got there, which was very much appreciated. Nice breakfast to get us started on our way to the show and we had a great day.

Evening meal ok but nothing special. Menu stated seasonal veg but only came with peas. Don’t think May is the season for peas. Also, my wife had a beef and red wine pie. Wasn’t a lot of liquid so asked for some gravy. Received a small pot of gravy. When the bill came they had charged 50p for it. In my opinion this was a bit mean given that we had paid over £160 to them for accommodation, meals, drinks etc.

The bathroom floor was not great, and sound like that of an helicopter affects the somewhat peaceful environment.

The place provided a good and refreshing rest and time just went too quickly leaving as looking for more. The breakfast was more than enough. Children's room just met our kids expectation. Very spacious car park

The staff were fantastic, albeit they were not fully staffed mid week. Breakfast was perfect. Location brilliant, and the weather was sunny but cool. Great value too.
