We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower in my room was over the bath and a non-slip bath mat would have been helpful I actually used one of the towels to stand on while showering. The actual shower was great.
We were a group of ten family members and the restaurant staff managed to get our meals out very well - nobody was left waiting for their order.

We chose 2 rooms, 1 for my husband and myself and 1 for friends for their wedding gift of a night away. Although both rooms were lovely, our friend’s room was the Honeymoon Suite and was absolutely perfect. The staff from reception to waiters to cleaners were all friendly and professional. A wonderful break away.

United KingdomEverything about the hotel was first class, from the professional and friendly check-in staff on my arrival to the well equipped and comfortable room and excellent service that I received throughout my stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant on my first evening was excellent with an experienced chef serving quality food that was beautifully presented. I would certainly stay at the Upper House again.
