If we are going to nick pick perhaps the bathroom sink would allow you to fill the kettle, but we were supplied with a small jug.

How comfortable and spacious and clean everywhere was. Lots of lovely touches, well thought out, decor and furnishings top notch. We really appreciated the lovely break.

Can truthfully say there was nothing we did not like.

We liked everything about the property - it was located within walking distance of the town, but far enough away to not be disturbed by traffic noise etc. The standard of the fixtures and fittings of the property were much higher than expected and a lot of thought had gone into making it very comfortable and welcoming. There was a selection of treats left for us to enjoy which was a lovely touch. We did not order the breakfast option, but if it was of the same standard as everything else provided we are sure it would have been delicious. We met the host whilst getting the key from the lock box, who was very friendly and said if we needed anything to just ask. Overall a super place to stay which we would rate very highly.

It was fabulous, easy to get i to the security box, the lay out, the food there, the fridge, kettle, cereals, all v good. The bed, TV location, the shower was fab....... yep all very very good, thank you !

There was nothing to dislike

It was just really nice to be somewhere where the touches were so thoughtful. It was fresh, clean and tidy and we couldn’t have wished for anything else.

I could have used one warmer option for bedding because I tend to get cold easily. The bedding was fresh, clean and would have been fine for most people.

Breakfast was left in the property for me to help myself and there was a good variety of food to choose from, including bread, fresh fruit and yoghurt. There were treats too! Having access to the microwave was very useful. The space was bigger than I had anticipated, quiet, very private and within easy reach of the town and the station on foot. Being able to look out over the fields was a bonus. It was a great space in which to relax.

The attention to detail was perfect , nothing not to like

The breakfast provided was excellent, great selection of quality products , spoilt for choice. The location was perfect in a quiet village , with all amenities close by perfect for walking the dog and a short walk into Northallerton.

Perhaps there could have been a quicker response to my request to leave a suitcase there past checkout time on the day of my departure, while I explored the area around the town. That being said, the excellent hosts have a young family which may have made a firm response difficult.

Very well kept, very clean, and plenty of food for the continental breakfast.

Lovely and clean. Modern. Friendly hosts. About 300m from the nearest pub, 20 min walk to the high street which is fab. Highly recommend

Just a little note, perhaps a hook at the top of the stairs for hanging coats.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's in a good location with a regular bus service, every 15 minutes, from across the road or if preferred a 25 minute walk to the town centre. The information regarding the appliances is clear and there were lots of little extra's, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals, fruit, a box of chocolates, (I could go on) and not forgetting our pooches, a jar of dog treats. The owners were really friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Was a pleasure staying here and would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Warm clean and cosy very spacious with nice decor. So many things provided for breakfasts lots of choice. Lots of special touches like special coffees, chocolate, Dog treats etc. which was really nice. Especially liked the fact that good quality bathroom products provided such as Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a little basket of thigs such as face wipes in case you forget your own which I did. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and nice friendly helpful hosts. Great location could easily walk into town centre if wanted and handy dog walking nearby.

It lacks a kitchen as there was plenty of space to put one and its use really is for a professional person, as it had a laptop for some reason. personaly ide of preferred a cooker and a sink not happy that we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink bit un hygenic i thought, the shower was rubbish and the heating,, well we tried to get the place warm but i think the owner kept turning it down, we paid good money for our stay and would of liked the place cozy it was freezing when we arrived also we were going to stay an extra night and we told the owner of our plans and he said yes no problem but before we could tell him he tx me to say can we be out of the property before 11am next morning as hed got another person coming to stay but i just think he was lying because we found a way of keeping the place warm and he wasnt happy bout over riding the system, so beware that the showers either freezing or burns youre skin and the heating is controlled by the owner so take warm clothes with you and its not dog friendly as stated as there was no outdoor space to let my dog out during the night no lights no security to stop youre dog from running off onto the road so NO certainly do not recommend this propery.
