Everything! Such a nice place, and so unusual. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean. The host Mano was the best host I’ve ever had dealings with, extremely friendly and accommodating, couldn’t do enough to welcome you and during the stay. He had baked us fresh bread for our arrival which was delicious! We loved it so much we’ve booked to go again already!

The whole set up was great.Beds were comfortable,kitchen well equipped..Wonderful inside garden with tomatoes,cucumbers and apples outside..Fresh bread when arriving,and essentials in the cupboards. Nairn Town only around the corner,which had a lovely walk to the white sanded beach.A real little hidden gem.And a great base for exploring Scotland.Tina and Ray.

The indoor garden was beautiful and so many quirky features to the treehouse - our girls loved the triple bunk beds and playing battleships. Mano was a fantastic host, very welcoming baked fresh bread on arrival, wine, tea, coffee, chocolate for the children and fresh cucumbers tomatoes from home grown plants. lovely to sit out in the garden on an evening. perfect location, walk into town/beach, would definitely return and stay for longer

Could do with small chest of drawers in bedroom.

Loved the conservatory with BBQ and tomatoes etc growing down the sides. Kitchen was well equipped and fresh baked loaf was nice touch as was the welcome wine and beer. Host insisted we help ourselves to anything growing ie. fruit in the garden.

Low ceilings in some parts of the apartment may be an issue for taller guests.

What a hidden treasure! The Treehouse is with its unassuming street location was a perfect oasis for our short stay. Meticulous attention to detail had every switch and important storage location discreetly labelled removing confusion when using the kitchen or operating the hot water service (for example). The property felt like a delightful hybrid of serviced apartment and 4* hotel with basic amenities offered such as tea, coffee, milk and jam - the owner even baked us a loaf of fresh bread (still warm on our arrival)!! The rear garden patio was a fantastic additional space and the outdoor kitchen/bbq installed makes for a fantastic entertainment location or place to unwind after a day of sightseeing!

The kitchen area is very small, but we knew that before arrival as we stayed here last year.

Mano, our host, had fresh hot bread on our arrival. He also left a loaf for us later in the stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The outside garden room is amazing but can get very hot. This is a quirky little house which suits us perfectly.

There is nothing not to like about this place!

The Treehouse was perfect in every way for our family of four and Ozzy, the dog. This gem of a place was clearly created with lots of love and attention to detail. Everything to the last detail has been carefully thought of. Inside is perfectly designed with everything you would need for your stay and the most comfortable sofa ever! Outside, you get the most perfect 'outside garden' with a beautiful seating area with the most amazing BBQ facilities. All surrounded by a beautiful border with roses, grape vines, tomato plants, and even an apricot tree! The little private outside area on the side was perfect for Ozzy to do his thing too. It felt so homely, and on the very sunny weekend we were lucky to have, it felt like being on a holiday abroad! Mano is the most wonderful and caring host. You couldn't get much better for sure. His warm home-made bread was very much appreciated along with all the other little extras that made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back one day Mano, thank you for your excellent hospitality. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and for us to stay at your Treehouse 😀

No complaints at all.

Just back from a lovely weekend with my friend and kids. Mano was an exceptional host making himself known to us and offering any help if we needed. The bbq area was great with everything you need fridges bbq and sink etc. It was nice and warm and big enough to play some fun games with the kids. Everything that you could of needed was at hand. Was so nice to arrive and find little things like milk, bread and a couple of refreshments had been left ready for our arrival. Would highly recommend the Treehouse to anyone and I will definitely be back at some point in the future.

well, for starters the host was absolutely amazing, the apartment was beautiful with fresh bread, wine, and beer. You also have your little barbecue bit in the conservatory. The beds were unbelievably comfy. And perfect place in Nairn off the High Street close to the beach.

The Treehouse was well kept, clean & well equipped. We had a lovely, comfortable stay & the indoor patio area was great albeit a little cold. It will be amazing in the summer months. The small touches left by the owner were fabulous such as warm home made bread, fresh fruit, milk etc.
