No heating. We complained and someone tried to fix it but it only stayed on for 10 minutes. When heating went off everyone had left the premises and no one answered my numerous phone calls. We had to sleep under 2 duvets. We took one from the single bed that was unused in room. No hot water. My wife showered in cold water. Timer came on in morning around 6.00am so we then had heating and hot water. No one apologised even though I reported this in the morning and they took full payment from card which I would have refused given any choice. Totally ridiculous. There were cobwebs around light fittings and hanging from ceilings. Thick dust all around the skirting boards. Needed a deep clean. It was warmer outside than it was in the room during the night.

two flights of stairs and the food service was a little slow but it was very tasty so worth the wait.

No complaints we loved our stay

I can't say enough positives about The Tailors house. We loved our stay from the second we arrived everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a generous size and very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We found the people of Ballygawley and Augher in general to be so lovely and friendly. I wouldn't call it anything bad just something to be aware of is the bar and restaurant are closed mon and tues in January not sure about other months so breakfast isnt available on these days. However they informed us of this on checkin and there is a shop right next door with a deli so this wasnt an issue for us just something to be aware of. It didn't affect our stay in the slightest we still had the best time.

Avoid it. No parking! Only on a main street. No staff at night or morning, and they do not take any complaints. Very poor service. Never again.

due to previous covid epidemic , they are struggling to get staff , we arrived on Monday , they failed to let us know the bar and restaurant were closed Monday - Wednesday ,we wouldn’t have booked the hotel if we were told this , when you get to a hotel you want a meal and drinks !!

My room was not ready for check-in when I arrived at 1.00 pm even though check-in was listed as being 12.00 when I was booking on booking.com website.
