We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCar parking is tight but manageable and is not well marked from the front street. The website should highlight this fact and advise guests to book a space in advance as they are not plentiful.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is almost the centre of town and worked well for our purpose.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional Maltese receptionist. The location is great, with many dining options nearby. Our room upgrade was lovely and clean. The car park was accessible through the back door and cost £12.

United KingdomThe bed mattress wasn't too comfortable, and the bathroom was very small. We stayed in the Executive Room and it didn't feel very luxurious.
The location is excellent within walking distance and very central to the town centre. There is parking for £12 a night and EV charging facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an old building and has character and a lovely reception area. It also has a restaurant which we didn't eat at but would definitely next visit as it seemed very popular with excellent reviews. We would return and stay again as the room rate was very competitive.

United KingdomBedroom noise, we were in room 9, next to the bar and above the restaurant/club. There was an amount of noise in the evening, not horrendous, but very noticeable , up until about 1130pm on the Friday night. Less noise on the Saturday.
We booked an executive room, which was quite large, well furnished with a, huge, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and contained a super shower, although it had a high step to get into. The breakfast was extra and was ok for the price, however on the Sunday morning the cooked breakfast was from a buffet as opposed to freshly cooked the previous day. Great location, only about 10\15 walk minutes to get to furthest part of the town. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

United KingdomON Saturday we had to wait 30 minutes as the staff were not ready, there was little choice, and the coffee was lukewarm had to be sent back. When there is a block booking of delegates for a conference breakfast needs to be on time especially when the conference starts at 9am.
The room was clean and comfortable but slightly cold. Breakfast on the Friday was good - buffet, but the weekend breakfasts were a disaster. Location of the hotel was ideal as one could walk to all parts of the town easily.
