We liked everything.

Everything, very modern and happy with everything, we didn't want to leave. We are hoping to come back and stay there again. Very close to the sea and town, I'd recommend it to friends and family.

Could do with some wardrobe space. Also might be a good idea to have an internal lock on the from door. My 4vyr old son could easily reach the latch and get outside

Only if being picky parking could be better we have a big car and was hard to squeeze in such a small space but was doable.

Lovely stay, very modernised,Netflix which was handy and sky. fresh towels provided and more accessible under the bed. very clean and was a very good location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach which is very quiet. Shops such as Morrisons and a lidl nearby. The accommodation is approx a 15 min walk into the town which has a good variety of shops and cafes and restaurants. The accommodation itself Was really practical for us as we have a 6 month old and the garden was handy as it was good weather so could do a bbq outside when little one slept. Little grass area in the garden for sunbathing if nice weather. Felt like having a little home for the weekend. Also had access to the garage for pushchair and working washing machine and tumble dryer so did all the washing before we left for home. Really enjoyed our stay and would Happily come again.

front windows need good clean heavily cobwebbed and dusty and didn’t open (but possibly because I didn’t want to much touch them!)

Instructions about door into garage. Key code was provided admittedly but have seen some people locked themselves in which is not ideal! Only one annoying thing was the nesting seagulls on nearby rooftops.Obviously not a problem that owner can solve. Wondered why so many were scavenging the bins on the parade next to the sea. You'd think someone could invent a seagull proof litter bin! Nothing inside the studio was a problem though.

The location being in a quiet street within easy walking distance to the coast and town. Parking for a small car which is quite tight but parking permits in the road can be provided. Clean and tidy. Compact but adequately kitted out for our 3 night stay. Garden was an extra bonus as thought there was only a paved patio area but there is a small grass lawn area as well.

Few issues with use of kitchen equipment. Out of date condiments. Coffee pod machine not working & the microwave was blacked out inside so refused to use it.

was confused about wether there were twin beds or just a double (due to different photos being advertised). turned out to be a double bed. twin beds with a long mirror in between would have been preferable. nearly got locked out in garage while using the microwave as combination different to front door. duel privacy/blackout blinds on velux windows would have been ideal instead of just blackout.

There was a double bed and a sofa bed, but we couldn’t find bedding for the sofa bed. Luckily, my sister had a sleeping bag in her car, so we had to use that on the sofa bed. A bin in the bathroom and bedroom would have been useful.

Great location, warm, comfy facilities. Good WiFi. Modern. Well stocked crockery, cutlery and glasses.

It felt like home from home but with minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Also overhanging apple tree, peaceful nights and stars in the sky. Very unlike our London home.

Just a very short walk to the nearest beach and 5-10 minute walk into the heart of Worthing.
