Extremely easy to check-in, superb location for travel links and walking into town, excellent parking, lots of local bars/shops/restaurants. Big shout out to the cleaning team - the place was spotless! Everything is carefully considered and very thoughtful - cannot find a single fault. Thank you for the very kind welcome pack too, very thoughtful for extensive travelers and very welcomed!

We were located on the 3rd floor and we had to come down everytime we had a guest to open tge coomon doors as there was no facility to do that from the room.

The flat was beautiful with all facilities in place. Check in process was smooth and the cark park great.

There was nothing that I did not like, it was a great place, I would recommend it to anyone.

My partner is very fussy and she loved the apartment so that is a great start. Everything about the property was perfect and we loved our stay there.

Well furnished, clean and tidy apartment. Securely gated car park and in a great central location. Had no contact with staff as the keys are in lock boxes but frequent and important information was always emailed/sent. Would 100% stay here again for the price its exceptional 👌

Not a complaint, but something for others to be aware of. We rented an 'apartment', so we assumed it was on one level. However what we had was a one bedroom property that was over two floors. This wasn't an issue for us as we are mobile, but something for those with mobility difficulties to be aware of.

Property was very clean, easy to find with secure parking on site. Property had everything we needed including additional items like salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, a pint of milk, some bottled water, sweetener, washing up liquid and sponge, tea towel, oven gloves, plus all the usual plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. There were toilet rolls and some small toiletries in the bathroom. The bedroom had a fan. There is heating at the property although we didn't use it. The bed was a double and was comfortable. The street is pretty quiet but when there is noise, you can hear, although it wasn't so much that it disturbed us. The double shower was good. Towels left were enough for two people. The property is within walking distance of the city centre if you fancy a night out / drink / meal. Really nothing to complain about at all. We would definitely use the property again if we returned.

Being really picky here, but some hooks on the wall and even a shoe rack in the dead space by the front door to the apartment would be useful. Also, the main living area is lovely and large, but there were no options to soften the lighting the evening we spent watching films and chatting - a couple of standing lamps by the sofas would really help the ambience!

My friends and I have stayed in this building a couple of times previously, but this was our first time in this particular apartment. It too was to a great standard, and we'll happily return.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Was a solo trip in great a location footsteps away from the town centre. Its also close to lots of amenities. I actually stayed as a part of a solo wellness weekend for myself and the flat had absolutely everything so i didnt need to leave to buy anything extra unless i needed/wanted to. All utensils were provided to be able to cook a meal. They even provided complimentary breakfast items such as cereals, milk and snacks. Free secure car parking was available right outside the apartment block. Netflix worked like a charm so i had entertainment throughout my stay. Check-in was really smooth...theres quite a fair bit of instructions but if you take your time as your following them it all becomes clear and straightforward. The apartment even had a small outside area attached to the bedroom so if you needed some fresh air without actually fully leaving the apartment there was access. I would 100% be staying again the room was PERFECT for myself and would also be perfect for a couple. The hosts did a superb job to provide everything to be able to have a self-sufficient stay, i did however forget toothpaste so i would have definitely benefited from it if it was provided within the vanity pack. But 10/10 as i thoroughly enjoyed my stay to the point where i actually wanted to book another night but to no surprise it was fully booked. Thank you stay company

Everything perfect ! Still thinking about my stay ! Theirs nothing I can fault. Such a beautiful property, so spaces and very clean nothing missing all essentials are in this accomodation. Its very close to the city centre and my partner and kids loved it host were great whenever i sent a message or called (my interactions were nothing to do with the property but an enquiry about later check out and to apologise for the delay in paying my deposit which I paid on the morning of my stay ) I generally cannot wait to book again and in the same property but this time a little longer hoping to book a 4 night / 1 week in the school holiday . I actually miss being their in all fairness. Will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Derby . Thank you once again to the host and such speedy response with my enquiries. I look forward to booking again and in my 3rd home aha! 😄

My friend is disabled and needs a really comfy chair if he sits for any length of time. As it was we spent quite a lot of time in the apartment as it was soooo cold so we didn't venture out as much as we had intended. He needs a chair with a high back but I guess this would be too much to ask. Also there were 2 very spacious bathrooms and it would have been easy to make one or both a wet room for people with disabilities even some grab rails would help. However, we didn't ask for this we just wonder why it wouldn't be a standard thing to do.

Everything exactly as described - in fact it was like new. Had a problem working the heating so reporting and this was rectified straight away. Arriving on Sunday evening when most shops were closed the welcome pack was gratefully received.

The main room , kitchen / sitting room had no window . Was just about ok for the 4 days we were there but if a longer stay would definitely not stay at this no 14 apartment. Would have liked to know before booking

There's a refundable £150 security deposit required which is fair enough. However I didn't learn about this until after the non refundable booking was made. The deposit has to be paid 48 hours before the date of stay. This wasn't a problem for me but should be clearly explained up front in the costs. Also could get hot water to work without playing with the boiler.

Nice setting big rooms, great car park, overall great value for money.

The only comment that I would make is that there are no curtains or blinds in apartment 9’s living room/ kitchen. Mainly, this was an issue for privacy concerns. But also, the television was directly in front of the window so there was a glare in the day, which was slightly annoying.

The property was in a secure gated area. The apartment was clean and modern. It was well furnished inside. The complimentary snacks and drinks were appreciated.
