We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe apartment is surrounded by pubs, so it is very noisy till around 2.45am, which has an impact on one's sleep. Though the company provided ear plugs but that didn't help me. I didn't read the review about noise before booking.
The apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks to the company for the breakfast complimentary they provided.

NetherlandsThis stay company location is a city centre location situated in between pubs so not suitable for those looking for peace and quiet. The hallwaylights have infrared sensors that are very sensitive meaning they keep turning on and off also at night when everyone is in bed. But if you shut your bedroom door, it is not a real problem.
As always great welcoming atmosphere as per stay company. Everything is clean and in order and the welcome pack is really a treat we look forward to every time.

United KingdomA bit noisy because it is situated beside busy bars, however you are staying in a city centre so have to expect that and the Stay Company do provide ear buds as well as other gifts upon arrival.
As described, clean, secure, central location. Very well equipped, the complimentary gifts such as, cereals, milk, teas / coffee along with soaps / shower gel etc are a very welcome addition. Will definitely recommend

United KingdomLocation was excellent. Raza (the Stay Co. rep) was very helpful on the phone. On this review, the 'what I didn't like box' wont allow me to type anything in! So the only concern was that I did not know about paying a £300 deposit for the two apartments. However, I was refunded it very quickly after vacating the property.

United KingdomWe found the place extremely noisy in the late evening as it is situated between two very popular and lively pubs/ venues. Music ends at 2 am on Fri and Sat throughout the year. Customers and taxis leave loudly until around 2.30 am. Earplugs and eye mask are provided for all guests at the house but it didn’t do the trick for some of us. This is a great house for those who want the night life!
The location for exploring the city was excellent. The place was light and clean. The hospitality tray including cereals, hot drinks, milk and water was a lovely touch. The Stay Company staff were so helpful and kind.

United StatesThe beds are not very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathrooms for a satisfying shower is not sufficient.
Instructions to collect the keys from the lock box were very clear and easy. Location is very convenient, about 15 mins walk from the train station & a 5-10 min walk to the center of the town. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
