Staff at breakfast could me somewhat more friendly and welcoming.

Comfy beds, nice room, great atmosphere and very close to central London on the train. Friendly landlord. Cooked breakfast in the morning. Value for money, just don’t spread the word too much!

Carpet floor can be slightly smell, a bit dusty with the room furniture design.

Nothing really, but minor points; double bed felt very small to me and I could have done with an extra pillow. And there are a lot of stairs! Ok for us but if you have accessibility issues it could be tricky.

I am really grabbing at straws here but being able to open windows wider would have been great - especially seeing that it was a rather warm weekend in London when we visited.

The Location, Staff and Breakfast offerings were fantastic. The quaint environs on the corner really added to the charm of the Hotel. It was also great to have the Pub downstairs feel much more refined than your run of the mill bar.

The atmosphere of this structure, which Is a pub, a (good) restaurant and a hotel, is always vibrant and absolutely welcoming. Besides the 3 major things in a budget hotel are perfectly respected, i mean cleanliness, comfort of the bed and hot/fast/wide jet water. Rooms are small but super cozy and nice, but something needs to be renewed. Bath lighting Is quite poor. To end, by the Southeastern train line London Is just 10 minutes far!

Staff said the hotel was to be refurbished and decor felt it needed it but it was overall good value. We had stayed in another Youngs in Hindon and that was very good too.

Clean, staff welcoming, good rooms, nice breakfast. For a Sunday morning there wasn’t a hint of the Saturday night before, the dining room felt fresh, food very good.

The bed is a bit narrow for two person but it is a minor concern.

The staff was helpful and we liked the room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has also a quite good quality-to-price ratio. We recommend this accommodation to whoever wants or can stay close to Lewisham and Hither Green.

The 'breakfast table' option was a little disappointing. As far as I could tell it was not included in the room price, which I'd understand for a full cooked breakfast, but for £100+ a night I feel this should be included. The cereal options were lacking (most of the jars were empty and I was the first one there), the orange juice was warm and there was no yogurt / fresh fruit as advertised. The pastries were delicious though.

The room itself was very clean and serviced every day. It was very hot in London so a high-powered Dyson fan was provided, which made it much more comfortable. The complimentary tea & coffee options were really good, as were the toiletries.

Very noisy at night, wakes you up constantly. Rooms and tired, paint chipped and broken items. Staff weren’t very helpful when checking in and beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

Some parts of the room was a little tired, could do with an update... window didn't open although that might be for safety reasons. Would of preferred a bath rather than a shower but for one night also fine.

Check-in was friendly, good location and lovely quirky pub under the rooms - with a nice bit of food and wine list!

The room was modern and clean but there were signs of wears which could be worked on. For example, the curtains appeared old and worn out, and also not properly put up prior to check in. Also travellers with mobility issues should be careful when booking as I think most of the rooms are upstairs and there isn't a lift.

My mother enjoyed staying at the station hotel. It is right above the pub which has a great selection of food and drinks throughout the day. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in for a few days. Staff were very friendly and kind, and made my mother feel very welcome.

Friendly, attentive staff. Really looked after us. Room airy and comfortable. Could checkout later than most hotels which suited us as we were having lunch with relatives. A very enjoyable experience.
