Attention to detail and better maintenance needed for the price charged. Heating set at a certain temperature, and it was a cold evening, but we found an electric fan heater. Mattress very soft and lumpy. Toilet seat very loose and no ventilation in the bathroom.

Good location. Staff helpful and attentive. Rooms large enough. The breakfast is very good. Good variety, full plates, and tasty.

I asked for a room with a bath which I was told they could accommodate me, when I got to the property they told me none of the rooms had baths.

It was very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Great landlord and staff, which made the stay extra nice. Anya, the young waitress was so lovely, and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was really good, especially the taco and hash brown starters Would definitely recommend it, and hopefully, we will return when in the area again

Lovely room with outdoor seating area. The room was so well equipped. Ample tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. Iron, hair dryer, additional heater if needed. Surrey magazine, restaurant information. Had all the finishing touches to make the perfect stay.

Access and egress to and from property was i would consider dangerous . There had been a staircase down to the foot path toe enable guests to walk down to the pelican crossing over to the amenities on the other side of the road. The staircase had been taped over to prevent access and egress due to their dangerous condition. However trying o cross the road from the driveway was very dangerous . Very heavy traffic passing hotel and also vehicles leaving the rail station trying to get onto the road.

The voice from other guests and slamming of foors in communal areas was extremely loud. My room was only cleaned once in a 3 day stay.

Boutique style B&B let down by lack of basic maintenance in the bathroom. Shower tiling needs regrouping & lets down what would otherwise have been a straight 10/10. Service was slow for dinner Thursday evening - seemed very short staffed, with just one person on the bar & one girl on waitressing duty. Both were very good though, & also apologetic about wait times.

Lovely big room (14), clean, all amenities needed & more. Free on site parking, friendly staff, great food at dinner & breakfast.

Travelled for a wedding. Perfect location with train station the other side of the road. We brought our son which the accommodation was more than happy to put him up a bed in our room. They added books, a teddy and some cookies to his bed. It was extremely sweet. There hot chocolates in the room also we massively enjoyed. They supply everything you need for a great stay. Great roast dinner when we arrived. Plus may we add the breakfast was outstanding! The quality and the quantity. We left extremely happy and full after staying for two nights.
