The room was very cosy and comfortable. I particularly liked being able to book time to spend grooming and talking to one of the horses, which is not something you can find just anywhere! The hot tub was enormous and so relaxing. Teresa was so welcoming and friendly, and the food she made was absolutely outstanding.

Everything. Teresa went above and beyond for me. Helped with getting flowers and balloons in the room prior our arrival, to celebrate my partners birthday. Cooked some top quality hearty food and was very good at making sure we were enjoying everything throughout the stay. I'll add some pics but there is more on their Facebook page. RAF base on the doorstep with all sorts of planes flying which I thought was cool to see.

Nothing at all!

From start to finish it was PERFECT! We arrived late but it wasn’t an issue, the lady was lovely nothing was too much trouble. Didn’t hesitate to let us park on their drive as it was too muddy (not like it was a issue for us) The hot tube looked lovely and warm (didnt go in as we arrived late) The bed was AMAZING!! The room was FANTASTIC! felt like I was aboard (lol) The lady made me and my partner a bacon sandwich for in the morning (was to die for btw) Just a overall a lovely place to stay the location was peaceful and lovely!

There isn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. It would have been nice to have a shower but it didn’t affect our stay and we were happy to have sink washes.

The Stable Annexe is a lovely place to stay to feel super relaxed! The bedroom was comfortable, warm and was lit up by fairy lights. I particularly loved the horses, which were very friendly and loved being stroked! The hot tub area was romantic and cosy, and the hot tub itself was lovely and relaxing! We felt very comfortable, and the host was very attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Teresa had asked us what we would like for dinner and we chose Thai cuisine, so we had a beautiful Thai curry with noodles and rice made for us which definitely exceeded our expectations! The accommodation is around 45 mins away from a Lincoln which we visited for the day and had a wonderful day.

Parking on site would be a little more beneficial but you can park right outside so not a problem. Could benefit from bath/shower as opposed to a wash station, but I know these are being installed soon.

The property was in a very quiet location, it was beautifully set up, the surroundings were lovely and the hot tub was superb. Everything was clean and well set up. The room itself was nicely decorated and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

Only downfall was the write up on booking.com as this is misleading! States bath, as we don’t have a bath at home just shower was so looking forward to a nice hot soak. Wash facility’s is a sink. Didn’t see a hairdryer either?.

How welcoming Teresa is, always happy to help as we requested a breakfast last minute. Offers home cooked food for the evenings. Nice mini bar in the room.

The only thing would be just to be cautious about the parking when it's been very wet. It can be a little muddy, but the hosts are looking to sort that out with some gravel or similar.

Teresa and Alec were such amazing friendly hosts. The dogs, chickens, and horses were so lovely too! Everything was warm, comfortable, and cosy. Little boxes were in the room for various things... A rainy day box, a movie time box, and a couple's fun box were just some of the ones we found! The hot tub is available all year round and was wonderful.
