Loudness of the planes ..

The annexe was perfect and the host was absolutely lovely.. The hot tub was amazing and all the little quirky bits were Great!! She really has thought of everything!!! Just the planes flying above us was soo loud !! But would definitely go back

Everything was great

The place has loads of different animals in the garden that are friendly and very cute (micropigs, chickens, ducks, dogs and of course the tiny horses). The hot tub was relaxing after a long day. Wine glasses, ice bucket and hot-tube lights were also provided, which really added to the experience. The host was really attentive, she'd thought about all the little details, which made the stay even more perfect.

When we used the hot tub in the rain (it was gorgeous) there was no where for our dry towel but it wasn't an issue we just had a laugh about it. The hot tub is just brilliant and had a canopy over it and we really felt chilled afterwards.

This is so quirky, very well thought out. There are a couple of little horses, some ducks and piglets it was just so lovely to be amongst nature. Nothing was too much trouble and the bedroom has ensuite toilet and there is a rain shower outdoors which is really unique and nice and warm. It was very easy to find and there was a lovely pub a short stroll away. We did a 2 mile walk along the riverbank just through a gate near to the pub. Some fantastic views of the planes taking off from coningsby - a short drive to the viewing area too.

We loved everything. Cannot fault anything about this lovely place.

Wow this place is as absolute gem!! Teresa is so lovely nothing is too much trouble. Had great chats and great advise of places to go. Great food, we had the lamb, pancakes and bacon baps. Me and my husband came for a minimoon, when we arrived Teresa presented us with just married balloons!! How lovely and just goes to show how wholesome she really is. The annexe is lovely and cosy the hot tub is awesome the animals are so looked after and will follow you around so friendly even the chickens. The doggies molly and lilly are so sweet we fell in love with them!! The place will not disappoint. We miss you all already and we will be back soon ❤️ and sorry about the cone hopefully a new one with be with you by monday 😅

Amazing find. Quirky, comfortable accommodation, fantastic hot tub in a lovely secluded position. Outdoor rain shower just perfect and little extras were an added bonus 😊

Location of place was wonderful calming and peaceful especially if you like military jets. Mrs T was lovely and bubbly woman that made us feel right at home.Hottub and the aminals the surroundings and breakfast was a bonus really good prices and was delicious will definitely be back for sure until next time 😊

Upon arrival we felt very much at home. The kids absolutely loved the animals, especially my 6 year old niece who fed some of the animals treats. We loved everything about the property, we just wish we had booked for longer. Our short stay was lovely & the weather stayed nice which made it better for a few hours in the hot tub. Teresa was a great host who attended to our every need. We can’t wait to come back

The stable annexe is a very unique place to stay and because of that it offers so much more. Myself and my 13yr old son stayed for 4 nights and found that we had more than enough room and facilities. It was the little touches like the range of teas on offer, the rainy day box of games that we enjoyed massively and the home cooked food on offer. The outside shower was a real adventure and very close to the large hot tub (which we very much enjoyed!).

This place is a gem in the heart of Lincolnshire, very comfortable and just perfect in every way. I have never booked a place on booking.com that has so many pets to be with, dogs that cannot contain their excitement at seeing you, chickens who will come and sit next to you in the jacuzzi and horses that meet you when you walk past, its great. Then there is the owner, Teresa, a person who has an infectious attitude towards the place and life in general, although we never bothered Teresa (hopefully :) , it was obvious that nothing was too small a task to make us feel comfortable during our visit.

Absolutely nothing, I wouldn’t change a single thing!

The property is in a perfect area all year round, the atmosphere that the property gives you is absolutely amazing, without even trying you feel right at home and so comfortable, not one single thing wasn’t cleaned to perfection, everything you could imagine needing they supply! Absolutely beautifully set up and gorgeous Aesthetics.

Wow ....what can I say. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and attended to our every need. Very informative about the available amenities and how to use them. The location was beautiful and very well laid out. The hot tub enclosure was very chilled out and looked lovely in the evening with the lights. And the horses, chickens, dogs and ducks wandering around was a fantastic added extra.
