We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCentrally located in a cool section of Glasgow, this hotel, as its name suggests, has a very social feel. There's a great common area with work and lounge sections, a decent 24hr gym, meeting rooms, laundry room and a good restaurant/bar. I was there for holiday this time, but it also seems like a good spot if you need to settle in for a while for work, especially if you need to be in central Glasgow.

The hotel was amazing, so easy to check in and out. The rooms are lovely beds comfortable couldn’t fault it. The staff are so friendly and nice, the bar staff made me feel so comfortable would 100% visit here again if i go back to Glasgow.

United KingdomI thought I bought a room that included breakfast, but the email did not confirm this as after I checked in it asked me if I wanted to add this. I was a little disappointed based on the price, but likely my fault for not reading properly. There was no mention of building work adjacent which disturbed me early. No earplugs or such offered, I suppose I could have used the free condoms. Otherwise I can’t fault it. The price seems to be the same for two people so next time I’ll bring a pal to make it excellent value.
Such a clean comfortable room. So close to the centre and the staff were almost robotic in their helpfulness/friendliness - in a good way.

United KingdomOnly my taste, but I didn't like the bare concrete showing on walls or the bison ceiling, no plug points near mirror and no mirror in toilet . We were allocated at disabled room, which had alarm chords in the room and bathroom. Both weren't reachable as they were tied up at the ceiling, which didn't affect us but might do future residents

Staff were great, it's a new hotel but they were extremely welcoming and professional. Nice touches like leaving a happy birthday note for my wife in the room.

There's a playstation, ping pong table and pool table in the lobby. There's a restaurant and cafe downstairs as well as space to work. Overall we had a great experience, definitely recommend it!

The personel was very friendly and welcoming! I had a very nice conversation during check-in :) Localization was perfect, close everywhere - to the train station, buses, city centre and concert venue I attended to. The room had many amenities and incredibly comfortable and big bed, I loved it! A big plus for the kettle, I always appreciate when room contains it. I will definitely stay there again if ever come back to Glasgow. Good luck!
