Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The apartment is in an ideal location. It is an easy walk to the Hoe (park with view of the water), the Barbican (pretty cobbled street with restaurants and shops) aswell as buses and trains to explore the region. It is a 10 minute walk to M&S. The apartment was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots/pans. The water pressure is good and the wifi speed is really good. The apartment is styled and furnished with taste, good linen and soft towels. Although the apartment faces a busy road the double glazing makes for a quiet space. The hostess is proactive and very easy to communicate with.

Incredible apartment with balcony. Immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and fabulous facilities, in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as The Hoe. The host was excellent, keeping us well informed and quick to reply to messages. We felt very lucky to stay here and will definitely book again.

United KingdomIt can be a bit hot in the summer , and there’s only one single portable fan unit so you can only either have it in the bedroom or in it to the living room.
Check in instructions is easy, room was beautiful ,clean and comfortable . Host was really friendly, helpful and spot on with communication at all times, highly recommend this apartment.

This was an excellent property and exactly what I needed after a tough day. It was a quiet, comfortable bolthole in which to relax and enjoy a peaceful evening. The building and the apartment are of a very high standard, and located close to the Hoe and Barbican so great location.
