Everything about this apartment was fantastic, the location was perfect for us as we were working 1 minute walk away, but after work it was so nice to be so central, no noise, bed was super comfy, the hosts were very helpful. Facilities were literally like home from home, I cant wait to stay again. Everything was very clean.

Only quibble was hard beds, but that’s a personal choice. I personally prefer a bit of memory foam and feather pillows. But for 2 nights only it’s not a deal breaker.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. It’s in an excellent location, just off the end of Princes Street with multitudes of bars, restaurants, and shops just a step away. Despite being central didn’t suffer any noise at all. Fantastic place, definitely would stay there again.

Over bath shower was difficult to use properly as the wall holder couldn’t cope with shower head and water pressure. It had to be held when in use.

Space, size, quiet, great location, convenient for shops and food and drink.

Fantastic apartment. Beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location! The tram to the airport (west end) is about 200m away, the airlink bus stop is opposite the entrance of the apartment and the hop on and hop off bus stops around the corner! Superb! We loved our stay and will be back! Thank you!

They were a couple of things wrong at the apartment, but didn’t stop us having a great time.

Everything was great, apart from a few little hiccups but it was fantastic for everything. Right in the city, great bus services. Right outside the door for bus to and from airport. Edinburgh Castle very close. Shops, pubs all close.

The bed and shower could have been bigger (however, at over 2 metres, this is always a problem!). Other than that, everything was absolutely fine.

Amazing facilities. Really lucked out as it was available at such a reduced price for my work trip. It was like pure luxury, especially when colleagues were stuck at hotels without windows!

Great location, supermarket next door and other amenities on same street, 5 minute walk to car park (ncp Castle terrace) 20 minutes walk to Murrayfield. Superb apartment. Will definitely use it again.

A lot of stairs if you are not very mobile.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Great location for an event at the Ghillie Dhu. Really quiet inside even though on the main road. Handy for the supermarket too.

No problem was recorded. There was a mixup with the spare set of keys, but nothing that didn't get solved, quite fast. I would suggest you to get a bigger bed in the second bedroom. It was a bit strechy!

In the heart of the city. Karen Di Rollo was very helpful. The flat was clean and comfortable. Supermarkets and shops are close to it. All the sights are just around the corner. I highly recommend it.

stairs, stairs, stairs. antiquated locking system and only one set of keys for four people :(. no instructions to use washer, dryer or heating system, worn out tv remote buttons, longest internet password I’ve ever used.

Small criticism: We only got one set of keys which made coordination with our small group awkward.

Great location close to the start of Princes St. Smooth entry - very helpful and friendly. Apartment is lovely with plenty of space. Highly recommended.

The outer areas weren't clean and someone had vomited outside the door which remained there for two days. I appreciate this is difficult to manage but maybe it could be monitored at the weekend as there's a noisy pub beside the apartment.

Shower in the main bathroom when used didn’t stay directly on you, the shower head moved when any water pressure was applied. My Son’s bed in the 2nd bedroom also had the headboard banging as it wasn’t attached very well to the bed. Mattress was too firm, but this is down to personal preference.

Perfect location for all amenities & tourist attractions. Separate bedroom and living room space, plenty room to just chill out & relax.
