Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalRick hard bed, very small room facing noisy road. Small electric fan on a very hot night, tiny bath towels. Very old and dated but the price we paid reflected that. We had the smallest room judging from the floor plan behind the door

United KingdomThe room was a little 'tired' and the beds were very lumpy. It's off a roundabout on a bit of a limb a short distance from Fareham.
The staff were very polite and welcoming. We had a cracking english breakfast which is included in the price and parking was free. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Good value for money for 3 people. (£95). Worth considering as an overnight stop when catching the ferry from Portsmouth, it's only about 10 minutes along the M27 to get there.

United KingdomLocation for me, we really struggled at night to get back to the hotel, we are new to the area, everything else was very good. I would maybe not have the telly and music on at the same time in the Bar, not sure what I was suppose to be listening too. bit of a racket
My partner and I were visiting friends, and booked this hotel. We did go round the magic roundabout three times before we found the entrance. Once on arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was awesome, the Bar was open until late.Very good value
