No hand towels, facecloths, or bath mat. Shower door opens into the walking area so it gets the floor wet and slippery. Second set of pillows had no pillow cases.

I booked standard double room. From the photo on the booking.com website, the bed in the standard double room should be in the middle. But the bed in the room I stayed was just against the wall. So the room is different from that shown on the website. So I was a bit disappointed.

The room was a little bit too tiny & the bed is a small single bed. If you’re a bit tall it might be uncomfortable.

Location was great — super central and a very short walk from Earl’s court station. The view from the room was also very nice (overlooking trees & the street).

Breakfast was a bit minimal but I assume that’s normal for London. Bathroom was quite small.

Great location, close to the train station. Nice hotel for a one day stay at what seems to be a standard price for London. Had a room on the top floor and on the street side but didn’t hear much noise. The hotel and room were clean and the staff were nice though I had minimal interaction.

I loved the building with a majestic staircase and original features. The room was spacious and unique with a mezzanine floor with a super comfortable bed with a perfect view through the windows.

The duvet was too small for the bed size and lumpy. The tiling/grouting in the shower needs refurbishment.

Very very tiny shower, cannot imagine my husband being able to shower there as the space is really limited. Breakfast employee’s language skills and knowledge of the menu quite limited therefore there were some misunderstandings and if it concerns my son’s allergies I have to mention it.

Quite a spacious room considering central London standards. Great location. Coffee/tea amenities in the room, plus complimentary water. Enough storage space. Couldn’t hear any neighbours or staff at night or in early morning hours. Toys in lobby for my little son.

The stairs to the room in the duplex room was too narrow and steep which might have been a little difficult for long term stay but in general it was a cute room

I got charged for a breakfast which I thought was in the price(possibly my error?) and I informed the staff the English breakfast should have hotter particularly as I was first in.

The duvet was much smaller than the bed, it didn't fit properly which was very odd - luckily it wasn't cold… One coffee sachet only!
