Contrary to the advertisement there was no breakfast served or a licensed bar. I assume the owner simply needs to update their information. Also there was no iron or saucers for cups, added to the fact there were no bedside tables it made enjoying a cup of coffee a little difficult.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was fairly central and close to the excellent central carpark. Also the shower was very hot and satisfying.

We had 2 rooms a double and family room, both rooms were extremely small there was no room to move about, the bathroom was also very small and not big enough to be able to get dressed which left me with no privacy, the room.was clean but considering we were booked for 4 nights I thought there might have been some housekeeping at least once during our stay but there was not. The street was also very noisy though the night. The mattress on the double dunk did not fit the bedframe and I banged my head really hard of the dunk bed through the night which almost split my head open, I know this is not the property's fault but because of the layout and postion of the dunks this could have been avoided.

We had a welcome checkin on arrival, the outside was clean and inviting the inside was also clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the bedding and towels were clean. The location was perfect and close to all attractions.

Our room was small, also had a leak in the bedroom floor from a burst pipe, bedroom was for 3 but only had 2 cups for coffee in the morning also not enough milk.

- only thing for me was when turning on hot tap in bathroom, water came on top of shower drain. not ideal, but for one night, it didnt matter much

- great location to where we wanted to be - clean room, bedding and loved the fact coffee and tea was in the room - pre-paid for parking, bonus, as not far from hotel - room had enough beds for a family of 5 to sleep very comfortably (2 adults, 3 kids) - despite the size of the room, ensuite was still there (added bonus for us) - had some issues with another family regarding noise levels, but Owners were on point with handling this! - very professional and courteous!

Car parking was at another hotel maybe a 20min walk not ideal at night time with 3 young kids Bathroom was very small you couldn't get changed in there so there was no privacy whatsoever

Location was perfect 5 mins walk to all attractions First room was small the bathroom door wouldn't open due to the bed being against it moved us upstairs and it was much better Staff got us moved quickly and helped us move our luggage

Extremely tiny room 2 sets of bunkers in which we had to sleep under children. The TV was located at the top bunk so neither us adults could watch. We had to walk sideways beside the bunked to get into the small toilet which wasn't suitable for either of us adults aswel as being pregnant. Bedding looked clean but under quilts were stained There was no reception room literally just a tiny bedroom with no space within either

The whole hotel is in need of tlc. Rooms very cramped, chipped paint and wallpaper throughout, broken furniture, wonky beds. We stayed in the top family room 14. Single glazed windows -which mean sleep is a no no if you’re a light sleeper like me. The seagulls were going wild and would not shut up all night 😂 the downstairs bar area is not open and was all shut off, no breakfast facilities either. I’m not sure if it’s recently been taken over or not .

Great location , everything within a couple of minutes walk, perfect if travelling with kids. Lovely people who run the hotel , friendly and welcoming .

Close to all amenities. Ash and his colleagues were all fabulous. I’m a single mum and they made sure I had everything I needed and gave me extra contact numbers in case of any emergency or problems. Very kind people.

Room was small but an okay size but had no chairs to sit on in the room and needed a bigger gap really to get in to the toilet/shower room other than that it was a lovely place to stay
