    Relatively expensive.

Beautiful setting. Ideal location for exploring the area. Plenty of parking Hosts Heather & Marcus were absolutely lovely - could not have been more hospitable and genuinely affable people. Marcus gave us really good/helpful information re local walks, areas of interest and beaches. Guest sitting room spacious and comfortable with a large log burner which kept the space warm and welcoming. Food was good and freshly cooked for each meal. Room was warm, spacious and comfortable with good en-suite.

Would have been nice to have a chair in the room, but reasonably priced single rooms are hard to find to find so can't complain too much.

Lovely location, very friendly owners, very good home cooked food for dinners and breakfast. Great whisky selection in the bar.

Scotland doesn't seem to understand (or have) vegetables!! We didn't go to Scotland for the food so it was fine... I am distraught to leave behind the place and the people

The location is glorious, the room cosy, clean and comfortable, the staff kind and accommodating, we left as friends

There were some minor things that weren't perfect, one of which was, that there is no outside seating, which is a shame because the view from the hotel is fantastic! Another thing that for us early birds was a bit sad was, that breakfast starts only at 8. But since the rooms are big we could use the time for some pre-breakfast Yoga, maybe not a bad thing anyways.

We liked pretty much everything. The hotel looks rather shabby from the outside, but on the inside is quite lovely. Our room was big with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Everything was of good quality, towels were nice and thick and with our airline having lost our luggage we were very happy about the high quality toiletries provided. The hosts are very friendly and helped us sort out the luggage situation (got delivered to the hotel after we had already left). The hotel is VERY quiet, we slept extremely well there, even though it is located right at the street.

    Nothing to dislike!

The Rhiconich Hotel is in a beautiful location with the bedrooms looking down the stunning Loch Inchard....the view in the morning if the sun is glinting off the loch is second to none. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and the owners Heather and Marcus are extremely kind, friendly and helpful, in a genuine way.....also the home cooked full Scottish breakfast is delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and you'll get a great night's sleep as it is silent outside during the night with practically no cars going past. There is also a beautiful river right next to the hotel with a small path running alongside it ....you can follow the river right up to some lochs and the foot of Ben Arkle and have complete solitude.
