After driving around the area I eventually found a parking space a few minutes walk away. Later I parked for free (after 18.00 till 08.00) in the car park opposite. Removed my car early in the morning before 08.00 and found a space directly outside property. Can get very busy so left my car parked until departure.

Easy checkin, fabulously clean and beautiful decor. Even had view from my room of the South Downs. The bed was an absolute dream. One of the best I’ve ever slept in. Everything was thoughtfully catered for my three night stay. Great location just minutes to the beach, river, shops and restaurants. Short walk to the train station and bus stop which has good service to Chichester and along the coast. Would love to have stayed longer. Finally, fantastic value for money. You won’t get better in the area. I walk the England Coast Path and stay in many properties with Booking.com and The Regency Rooms is a little gem. I highly recommend. Thank you Nichole 🫶

Should so have had another day !

We were lucky enough to get the top floor with super view of sea and local area. The room was spacious with seating and a fridge! The facilities were newly refurbed by the look of them spotless and top notch.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Everything about the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We could not have asked for more. Everything would could have need was there.

Wifi needs to be better. It was quite dodgy and I resorted to switching it off on my phone and using the network instead - which luckily was 5G! Not sure I'd risk trying to work or stream on laptop.

Small room but packed with amenities: table, chair, small hanging space, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Overall excellent.

The room was very well designed with every need catered for. The room was split into 2 areas plus a very well appointed bathroom. Plenty of tea / coffee options and a carafe of water / and snacks on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept really well. We would highly recommend Regency Rooms.

Wonderful room. Very good facilities. Beautifully decorated with excellent shower and comfortable bed. They thought of everything. Choice of different teas and coffee. Water, biscuits and fridge. Close to the sea and town an restaurants. One of the best places we have stayed. We would happily book again.

We were on the second floor - some might find the staircase a bit of a struggle.

Large, well furnished room with comfortable sofa and chairs. Large bed. Great views over the seafront. Good selection of tea and coffee as well as some biscuits and other snacks to accompany the refreshments. There was a fridge too, although we didn't need to use it on our one night stay.

Very clean, with a comfy bed and lots of quirky furnishings. There were also a number of books on motorsport which pleased me immensely, although my wife was not as impressed :) Lovely little place in a great location. Would certainly recommend it.
