The room was very hot when we arrived, in fairness the weather had suddenly become warm and sunny. We soon worked out how to open the window and turn off the heated towel rail. The mattress could do with renewing as it was starting together a bit lumpy.

Good situation in heart of Cromer with a view of the sea. The food was exceptionally good. The menu was imaginative - especially the breakfast. The catch of the day fish was definitely the freshest fish we have tasted in a good while. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Everything was clean and well kept.

An offer to carry luggage up the stairs would have been helpful. Service at breakfast on second day was a little slow, but they had quite a few extra walk ins.

Location was great, it was chosen for the sea view. Breakfast was amazing.

Nothing really... Everything was really good...

From our arrival to when we departed everything was very good. The staff were very friendly and always made time for a chat etc etc..We liked our spacious bedroom and sitting by the big window in the dining room. Also there was no rush when having our meals. How they treated dogs was exceptional, with dog beds, bowls and treats. The hotel is situated in a great location for the sea front and town centre. Breakfast and evening meals were very nice and a nice variety. Hopefully we'll visit again...

If I was to be really picky we weren't allowed to leave our dog unattended in the room so unpacking the car and packing the car was a little tricky

The hotel was exceptional, a special shout out to all the staff for their lovely hospitality. They were so patient with our boisterous pup. Nothing was any trouble, and they made us feel at home.

Only one thing and that was the fact that the car park was on a 1st come 1st served basis. When you go out all day and come back and find you have to park in off street parking and walk back, but then again the walk wasn't as bad as first thought.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. good choice as well. Had dinner on the Saturday night and it was very nice and the staff were very attentive. Would recommend the food.

The bedroom radiator was fully on - and was quite difficult to turn off The towel rail in the bathroom was too hot to touch - couldn't see where to switch off Your energy bills must be sky high Our reservation paperwork didn't state fresh milk available on landing - so we purcased from a shop

The bedroom sea view the fittings The full english breakfast

Car parking is very limited, during peak season this could be a problem.

Breakfast was amazing, huge portions that we couldn’t finish and very good quality ingredients. Dinner options were a little limited, but again quality was good and the Fish & Chips was again a high portion. Room was spacious & comfortable with a few of the beach & pier.

The very strong smell of an air freshener in the room! We did have a sea view but a little misleading as there was a building directly in front of the main part of the window. The view was from the side of the window.

The breakfast was delicious! The room was very clean. The whole hotel was very nice, additional seating area, bar, hallway etc.

Nothing to note. It wasn't noisy despite room being above the dining room and bar being close by. Will probably be very busy in full tourist season.

Comfortable and large room, liked the touch of fresh milk available for tea. Properly welcoming for dogs, not just tolerant. Would happily recommend and return. Friendly and efficient staff.
