Loud music from the bar going on until 11. I was aware of there being no breakfast, but the sign outside confusingly suggested that there was.

Good location for station and football stadium. Room was a good size for two people.

. For 40 quid not much to complain about..The single room! Had better in Barlinnie 😁 it's a work in progress the other rooms looked OK.

One mattress was uncomfortable as one could feel the springs of the mattress when lying down. Did advise the manageress, who said she would check the mattress. Saturday disco a surprise and music and noise outside did filter through to the room till after midnight. Used our airplane ear plugs.

Warm hospitality from all staff. Great to have a place to eat on the premises after a long flight. Service was great and efficient.

The parking is very limited.too many stairs to climb,am suffering from severe osteoarthritis.

No staff member on site overnight, random people wondering around overnight. Very loud music until early hours, definitely a hen party or stag night option. Not really suitable for families

bed was uncomfy room was small for a twin room bathroom was unclean spider webs and dust bathroom shelf’s weren’t attached to wall straight ripped wallpaper in room fire door didn’t look very safe if a fire happaned you could see light through the frame

There was a smell in the room. It was a vinegary type smell which you could smell on approach to the room. I did mention this to the staff and was told they’d investigate it but the smell was still there. There was also evidence of the door being forced open previously and the frame was held together with screw nails.

The outside area at the front needing cleaned and painted especially the bin area as it's where cars park and give a poor imression which will let this place down and tgat's a shame because insides lovely. I think it's unfair for the extra £20 for an ensuit . For £79 for one night for two adults with no brakfast was a bit steap. Maybe a continental breakfast or offer of a light lunch when the bar opens would of been good. No chairs in the room so only beds to sit on.

The room was nice but basic, it was clean. The outdoors area was great. Staff nice especially the cleaner. Beds comfortable , newley decorated and new fitted shower which was great.. Very spacious family room for three. Plenty coffee / tea etc in the room. Bar looked nice .

The heating was on full and the system must be old as it banged all night . Asked for a fan as no air conditioning but they didn’t have one .although the staff looked which was nice

Although the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent it’s not really a hotel but a pub with rooms. The rooms were somewhat needing some tlc. They were rather shabby and in need of a overhaul

Booked a bath, got a shower Shower changed temperature every 15secs and was miserable to use. Wanted to insist on my bath but the bar was insane and I couldn’t do that to the staff

It was a shared toilet facility, among 8 rooms. The room I stayed in was fairly basic, but adequate enough. As far as I was aware there was no breakfast provided

Location good. Beds weren't that comfy. Bit noisy, as stayed a Saturday night. Loud music and singing, could be heard from the room. Its pretty tired looking and shared bathroom. It was clean though.

Very noisy until late due to rooms being directly under the bar.
