We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately, breakfast let the stay and Hotel down badly, we stayed there for 5 nights and pre paid breakfast of £40 for the 2 of us, per day, the first morning went without a hitch, but from there it went down hill more each morning, the wait was actually unbelievable, half an hour minimum up to ONE AND A HALF HOURS on day 3, witch was refunded, days 4 and 5 were one hour wait, and i only have 2 poached eggs for breakfast, we wish we had just gone elsewhere for breakfast,

United KingdomIn our room the shower was in the bath with no grip rail or anti-slip measures. Difficult for anyone with a mobility issue. it would be nice to have two small comfortable chairs without having to sit on the high bed.

United KingdomCan’t think of anything except the room being a little on the small size but that wasn’t really a problem. Some nights the tv picture kept breaking up but I expect that’s out of the control of the hotel! Wi-Fi worked well.
A beautiful setting and breakfast and dinner meals were first class. Especially liked the fresh fruit and compotes for breakfast.The room was a little small but that was our only criticism. The overall building and facilities were very good and we liked the decor in the dining room and lounge bar area. The valet parking worked well and the room cleaning staff were excellent. Reception staff were helpful and friendly as were the dining staff. Valet parking worked well too. The carafe of gin and bottles of tonic in the room was a lovely surprise!

United KingdomThe restaurant was disappointing. No sole, no mussels, no shallops, and did not have the wine we wanted off the menu. Service was really slow. Good not really up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. I think the restaurant is a let down for them.
